Fusion food like crispy beef-​stew with curry sauce脆皮牛腩（咖喱汁）, prawn in special heavy sauce（濃情大蝦），supreme sea salt free ranch chicken（海鹽風味一級華美土鷄）sautéed fresh clams with black bean sauce（豉椒炒蜆）， angus rib-​eye steak (安格斯肉眼牛 扒), steamed pork with preserved vegetables（梅菜扣肉), sauteed pumpkin with salted egg (鹹蛋炒南瓜）etc.

History

Established in 2014.

The ideas for the name of New Fusion are from three difference ways –design of the restaurant, our own recipes for all the dishes and new methods to manage the restaurant.

At the beginning of the construction, our shareholders put all the efforts to discuss the designs. We use team work spirit to complete this elegant and comfortable environment for our customers. We pay attentions in every detail.

On the dishes design, we built a temporary kitchen in one of our shareholders house to practice and make corrections. We set up our own recipes for all the dishes. We want all the chefs to follow these standards to cook delicious food. When we design these standards, we emphasize on our customers’ health. Our dishes are less oil and less MSG.

We manage our kitchen not using the traditional way. All our chefs have to train by our quality control manager. They need to follow standards for every dishes.
