Nam Cho, M.D., D.D.S.

Dr. Cho is a talented and wise oral surgeon based on my experiences. I waited about 15 years to remove baby teeth because of congenitally missing adult teeth as well as wisdom teeth. I was about as frightened as I’ve ever been for the extractions, but Cho made the experience basically painless. His staff is friendly and competent and really espouses empathy for their patients.

Dr. Cho and his staff are awesome and he is extremely skilled and caring! My son is 28 and had an impacted wisdom tooth that was causing him agony. It was impacted very deeply and it was quite close to a major nerve. We were very nervous about complications and/​or damage to the nerve. Dr. Cho answered all of our many many questions and concerns patiently and clearly so we could understand the risks and make an informed decision. He also told us what his advice would be – to extract the tooth. Based on everything he told us my son went forward with the oral surgery that same day. It took about 45 minutes. The extraction went perfectly and afterwards Dr. Cho addressed our concerns about nerve damage – he was able to completely avoid the nerve during the extraction – Yay! We were also impressed with Dr. Cho’s credentials – he is both a DDS and a MD and a USC graduate (Go Trojans).
