We had my sons birthday there today and it was amazing! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The play area was clean and well maintained. The best part was that it was fun for everyone. As the parent, I often feel like I have to just watch and I never get to participate with my son. Not so here! I got to help him shoot balls and play with him on his special day. It was so much fun! I highly recommend Jump N Jammin!

Kids had a BLAST. We went around noon on a weekday. Wasn’t packed and had the run of the place. Has a maze, ball cannons, slides, climbing, and pretty much what any child dreams of except unicorns. No unicorns.

Brought my son here not too long ago, we loved it! came early on a Sunday it was not too packed. the playground is big enough for adults to walk in as well. Definitely a great indoor area for children to run around and play.

The kids liked it and that’s really all that matters. I wish it was bigger though. Growing up I had Discovery Zone, who rememebers that? I just remeber there being so much to do. I also remember that unless you were actually going to be playing on the equipment you didn’t have to take your shoes off.

Thanks to Groupon, I invested in a 10 entry pass and a long commute from the Westside to this establishment. But it’s totally worth it! They have:
— slides
— bouncy house
— foam balls to shoot and throw around
— tons of climbing
— free wifi for fuddy duddies with laptops
…and more.
Being attached to the mall, there’s a massive food court a couple of minutes away.
My kids really like coming here. And remember to bring socks!

This place is awesome! There’s no time limit on how long the kids can play. Let them run around and tire themselves out till closing time.
Be aware this place was meant for kids. If you are a heavy set adult, i do not recommend you going through the obstacle courses. You will get stuck in the tight places you were never meant to be. No offense to anybody who reads this, just keeping it real.

Clean nice environment. Good for me I can go up into the net and jungle gym area to grab my kids out. Plus side is its clean! I really like that! Mom and dads need to wear sock don’t forget to bring it. Otherwise $ 3 bucks for crappy socks you will never use again lol.

Nice place for kids but its really expensive. They charge an extra dollar on National holidays.
Its a nice place to celebrate the birthday parties as the staff is really helpful and professional. They will give you a room where they will stay with you during the Bday ceremony and do everything for you including dish washes.
They require socks and can rent you one on a nominal price. Parking on weekends is challenging as there is AMC theatre and also because of crowded Westfield mall.
Also, when plan for a BDay party, please schedule it on a non-​holiday day or if its not possible then try to go for the morning time as it gets really crowded.

Why one star? Not spacious, not to much for kids to do, only three playing stations, a jumping house and a rock climbing. Too crowded and no hand sanitizer, all pumps empty, dirty bathrooms. I was charged $ 15.95 per kid, to expensive for two hours of playing plus no sanitizer, next time I’ll pack snacks, pack sanitizer and take them to the park for FREE!!! This is my opinion based on my experience there.

Very fun place for kids. But not very clean. This is the second time my 2 year old has woken up sick the next day.
Maybe they should have a couple people clean instead hanging out in the front. They should also figure something else out for the bathrooms. You walk in there with socks and go back to play with the same socks on

Great facility! Came here today with the little ones and it was beyond my expectations. Staff was friendly and play area was well kept and clean. Prices seemed fair for toddlers, however older children at $ 13 could add up rather quickly. As many have said already, there are no outside drinks or food allowed, so come with a full stomach. Vending machines are available for those small snacks. Wifi is available for parents while the kids play. There is also rock climbing for the adventurous at $ 5 a person. Overall very impressed. A genius invented this place with kids and parents in mind. Love it!

A kid threw up near the play structure carpet, it was wiped off, but no wet sign was placed???

what’s not to love?
plenty of space to play, climbing structures so the kids can burn off energy.
I understand parents want a safe place for their kids to run around and burn off energy while the parents get some downtime, however, I do wish the parents would make sure their kids are not in the little kid area (diaper only). so many of the big kids will stumble over the tiny ones. had to ask an associate to help with this problem a couple times as it’s not my place to tell them they are not suppose to be there.
also, like other reviewers have stated, it does get super busy.

This place is great for the kids.
I give it 5 stars because my daughter loves. She gets to play as much as she wants with as many kids and she wants to play with. That will be the only downside of this place that it gets packed on the weekend. The kids will love this place

E loves this place. Great for kids that don’t usually get a lot of social interaction (read: haven’t started preschool yet) to become unscared of other kids and people. Reasonably clean, sometimes the AC gets overwhelmed. Expect to leave sweaty, especially if you’re running around too.
Toddler area is quite small, but tbh they can play reasonably well in the smaller stairs/​tunnels/​etc. Even during super busy weekends, most of the bigger kids seem to be pretty good with not pushing/​trampling. I would stay close by though (had to rescue E a few times when she got overwhelmed).

Attended a birthday party here and the place is MUCH bigger than it seemed from the outside. We were given green armbands coordinated with whichever bday party we were part of.
The play area consists of multiple 3 level climbing/​crawling/​running spaces as well as a couple of slides, a jumper, a toddler play area, and a rock climbing area which costs extra.
Pros:
— Big and spacious, you don’t really have to maneuver around tight spaces often while chasing after your kid.
–Fun for different age groups.
–The staff seem friendly.
Cons:
–very easy to lose your child in the crowd of people multiple times.
–the longer slides are extremely FAST. and scared the heck out of my 3.5 yr old.
–The «party» rooms are can get very crowded and it felt a little rushed since we had one hour to eat.
Overall a fun place for young ones, a different vibe from the typical small private playgrounds.
