Icing By Claire’s

First of all, I have NEVER experienced such a unprofessional employee! I walked into Icing a couple months ago seeing a sale sign outside the front of the door. I walked in being greeted friendly by this girl. There was only one employee in the store at the time and no customers. Me and my mom were in the back of the store searching for some nice earring with a good deal heading to the cashier to purchase the items. When suddenly, a Caucasian man rushes through the front door into Icing and approaches the girl who works there. They start MAKEING OUT in front of me and my mom! Standing there very awkwardly, we didn’t know what to do! I assume it was her boyfriend or something and this action wouldn’t continue for long. Omg they continued MAKEING OUT for a good 10 MINUTES TOUCHING EACHOTHER, MOURNING! I felt so violated and uncomfortable. I have never experienced such a inappropriate vibe at a store in my entire life. We walked out of the store without buying not one item while they continued being thirty af. I would give this store a zero of I could and I hope they have security cameras.

Will not accept returns of items purchased from their store online. The manager did not care. «I don’t make the rules. It’s policy.» Now I have to pay $ 5 to ship back a pair of $ 15 earrings. Will never shop at this cheap customer un-​friendly store. I have never heard of a bricks and mortar store not accepting returns of items purchased online.
