Attorney Desiree Meguerditchian is the managing attorney of Foothill Law Group. A highly skilled litigator, Ms. Meguerditchian has litigated hundreds of cases involving a wide array of issues leading to successful outcomes for hundreds of happy clients.

Known as a compassionate yet fierce advocate for her clients, Attorney Meguerditchian has successfully tried many contested matters including child custody, child support, alimony, division of marital property, domestic violence restraining orders and termination of parental rights.

In addition to family law, her work in bankruptcy is renowned. Representing both debtors and creditors, she has successfully discharged over 99% of all Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases. I’m a local real estate agent and someone filed a completely fraudulent lawsuit against me although I knew I did nothing wrong I wanted to find an attorney to help guide me through the process. I called This office and Desiree called me back immediately. She not only helped me prepare my case for court to prove I did nothing wrong, which got the judge to dismiss the entire case against me, but told me I could sue the individual for malicious prosecution since his lawsuit has no merit. I did so and succeeded! She’s fierce and will do anything to defend or protect your rights. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

Well, What can I say. We have been using Desiree for all of our evictions in the past year and have had nothing but great success. Being a property owner, the worst thing you can experience is having a difficult tenant. Add non payment of rent to the mix and you have yourself a very difficult situation. With all of the housing laws and rules you have to follow on an eviction you are better off hiring someone who is experienced and knows how to get the job done the first time. I would recommend Desiree to anyone who asks. She is fair, honest and very knowledgeable. I have referred 2 very close friends of mine to her for Bankruptcy and she has done a stellar job on both of their cases. Thank you for your hard work Desiree! Keep up the great work!

I am so pleased with my experience with Desiree!
I was in the unfortunate situation of having to get a restraining order against an ex-​boyfriend. I had already dealt with that extremely difficult individual for many years, had been broken up for a couple of months, and couldn’t imagine being in the courtroom alone. A very stressful situation, but Desiree put me at ease.
I felt so grateful to have her by my side. She was professional and knowledgable about how to proceed and be prepared for court, and went above and beyond for me! She was also great support!
This being my first need for legal advice, I received free counsel from an attorney at a non-​profit that helps women in domestic violence situations (before I found Desiree). To my surprise, that lawyer was incredibly insensitive (which I’ve heard is a trait of most lawyers) and I left feeling absolutely defeated. It’s all about the evidence.
My experience with Desiree was the complete opposite! She was easy to talk to about my experience and what evidence I had, which was important for a domestic violence case (what I went through is not easy to discuss with others). She helped me feel confident about my decision to protect myself from this individual. She was honest that she couldn’t guarantee the outcome; however, we won :)

Foothill Law group just opened a few months ago and their team of attorneys are awesome and fierce. I was having an issue with my tenant not paying rent constantly making excessive noise, and decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Attorney Desiree was able to take my call and give me a Consultation over the phone. She advised me of my rights and what we could do moving forward. However, she was so conscious to not have me spend money on court costs and asked if she could try to resolve the dispute with a letter since it would cost me less. I gladly agreed, and with one letter and a few calls to my tenant she solved the whole issue. I’m so glad I found them, I will be going back to them for all my legal needs.
