Prior to visiting this store, I went to another watch repair store. I recently purchased a watch and it wasn’t working. The salesperson would not help in fixing my watch. She said that «only the factory could repair it». Rather than wait, I visited this location and was assisted by two gentlemen. Even though it is the holiday season and most stores are crowded, these men were able to fix my watch in a reasonable time frame (an hour)! I’m perfectly satisfied and would recommend this store in a heartbeat!

Ordered a ring and paid in full, was told it would be in the store by 3 days, over a week later they tell me they can’t get the ring and show me a less expensive similar ring but won’t give me partial refund. Very disappointed

Just fantastic service at a reasonable price. Had them change the battery and deep clean a Michael Kors watch that was looking pretty rough. When they were done, it looked as clean as the day I bought it.
On top of them, I looked at my watch as I was walking away to set the date and time… they’d already taken care of it! Small things like that show their level of attention to detail and a high degree of customer care. Way to go above and beyond.

I can definitely recommend Fast Fix Jewelry Repair with the highest confidence. Ruby was courteous and attentive and the gentleman who sized my 5 Invicta watches did a flawless job. Two other jewlers were unable to work on my dive watches. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I can’t say enough good things about the service and price. Use them or take an unnecessary risk elsewhere.

Walked in and out in about 5mins. I bought a new band for my Seiko diver and changed the battery on my Movado. Quickness was all that I was looking for and they did exactly that. A quick cleaning on both my watches would have been a nice touch. I recommend this place to anyone needing a Fast Fix.

I took my Movado watch and some jewelry to get repaired. I have been to other watch repair shops but the the staff at fast fix are excellent an very knowledgeable, Ruby and Abraham went far and beyond repairing my watch and jewelry. If you want your watches and jewelry repaired promptly and professionally go there you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you guy!!! I will be back!

Absolutely amazing place! I have been visiting jewelry shops for the past 3 years, but none came close to Fast Fix at Westfield Arcadia. Ruby, Edgar, and all the workers are highly professional and amicable people who treated me extremely well. They have a very pleasant vibe and will actively listen to your requests.
I went over a month ago to get a custom ring made using my scrap gold (23 K ring and 18 K bracelet). I showed them several pictures with the designs that I wanted featured on the ring, and even a drawing of the final piece. Not only did the ring turn out better than expected, but it was more detailed and sophisticated than my original drawing. Now, people cannot stop admiring my ring, and ask me where I got it. I tell them at Fast Fix Arcadia.
I highly recommend this establishment. It is staffed with king and competent people. It was worth it; I have no regrets!

I went in to Fast Fix to get two links removed from a new watch that I got as a birthday gift. This is why you don’t take an expensive watch here and here’s where I learned my lesson the hard way.
After being there for five minutes and the watch «repair» lady was still unable to remove two links from the wrist band or strap of the watch. I decided to step out to get a drink in the meantime while she attempted to complete the task. Upon returning, she’d explained to me that she was unable to separate the links and had destroyed two links in the process, as in BENT THE HELL APART. She continued to query me if this was a cheap watch. At this point the horror on my face said it all and she offered to replace the band with a cheap one she had that was similar in her eyes. Far from it. My watch sustained scratches, nicks and scrapes along the sides and back.
This has all severely diminished the value of the watch
Honestly, I wish she’d just said «look, I’m unfamiliar with this kind of watch and I’m not able to do what you need done to it» instead of utterly destroying it. So it looks like total crap now. A gorilla with a sledge hammer could have handled this with more finesse.
It’s heart breaking and I’ve learned my lesson the hard way, oh well. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My two Relic watches needed to be adjusted and have their batteries replaced. It cost me $ 14.95 each to have their batteries replaced and $ 10 each to have their bands adjusted. That’s expensive and I should have went somewhere else but I knew that they could get the work done quick. Because of the price I think I will go somewhere else next time.

Wow, I wasted my time everywhere else. They were able to replace a wrist band we had which was odd sized and hard to find a replacement for. He changed it in less than 5 mins and I was really happy with these guys.
They were also the least expensive (about half) compared to other places in the area.

I needed to fix my Marc Jacobs watch because the battery died. I walked in and said I needed to replace it, and the worker said he’ll be done in 10 minutes. Super fast service and it was only 14.95! And then I used the Unilocal check in and got 10% off! My watch works perfectly fine now.

Beware of these guys. Quoted me $ 25 to change a watch battery once they saw it was not a cheap watch. Told me the extra charge from the normal $ 15 is because there is more risk. I asked him if you damage it, you will replace it and he said nope. So, again, what does the extra $ 10 charge get me as a customer?
Classic rip off artist. There is a great kiosk nl called absolute watch repair across from footlocker. Go here, well respected older couple run it and don’t try and rip off customers.
Shame on you Mr. Watch shop. Shame.

I needed to repair my watch clasp, and I came here after being told by a booth in the mall that a whole section of my watch needed to be replaced and a quote of $ 25 for the watch to be picked up in a couple days.
So I walked in Fast Fix for a second opinion, and the technician immediately told me that I’m just missing the pin. After a quick fifteen minutes and cheap $ 5, I had my watch repaired (temporarily) as I was only able to wear it for a couple weeks then the entire clasp fell off without me realizing. Now the watch is missing the clasp, and they don’t make that part anymore so the watch is no longer wearable.
