Love the lashes! She is professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and I will be back again. It is a small room that is comfortable and perfect for Jill to work her magic in. My lashes are traditional thin Asian lashes. They have been damaged by wearing strip lashes everyday and scrubbing my eyes after a long day at work. She made them full, listened to my concerns, and gave me the confidence to walk out the door without excessive makeup and mascara. I love it and love her for being so sweet. Thank you Jill!

Jill’s handiwork is incredible. I’m getting married next month and knew I would be crying like a baby, therefore wanted something that would withstand my tears. I have very thin lashes that has some length (see the pics) but for some reason even the best, expensive waterproof mascara doesn’t plump them nor does it withstand my tendency to cry when happy.
Jill worked magic, again see the pics! The lashes lasted beautifully for three weeks (and could have likely gone on longer but I returned for a fresh-​up), note those three weeks included one rowdy, tearful, and very water oriented bachelorette party in Key West, Florida. Gorgeous! And that weekend started 2 weeks into the lash experience.
She’s a true artist and absolutely the sweetest. Incredibly gentle and informative as she’s working. I was a total newbie to this process and walked out knowing exactly how to care for my long lush lashes. She even gave me a special brush to use to wash the lashes. She’s magic!

If there’s one thing I’m addicted to in life, it’s eyelash extensions! After backpacking for 3 months and not having them, I had to find my go-​to girl to freshen up my look and eyes!
I found julienne on Unilocal and after reading her reviews I was pleasantly surprised. She is located in the back room of a little hair salon and she’s very gentle. As a first timer with her, she checked in throughout the application process to make sure that the length was right and I liked how it looked (which I’ve never had before at other eyelash places). The full set took around 1hr to do which is pretty standard but I loved how they looked once it was finished.
Her lashes actually last quite a long time and I will definitely be returning to get my in-​fills with Jill.

Not sure why this is my first time reviewing JC Lashes. I first started going to Jillian in 2012 and I’ve been hooked ever since. I texted her late Thursday afternoon requesting an AM appointment that Friday (Valentine’s weekend). She only had slots available Saturday and that didn’t fit my schedule. I told her thanks and I would have to come next week. About ten mins later she text saying I could come at 8:15am. Just finished my lashes and I’m in LOVE. She knows the correct length for you, is fast but super precise. I never feel the glue while she’s placing the lashes, and it never feels like I have rocks on my eyes after. I won’t trust anyone else with my lashes! She is amazing at her craft!

Who in their right mind gets eyelash extensions? Well, if you get to the crazy bride stage… you do crazy things!
Actually, no judgment here, I support anybody who wants gorgeous lashes for everyday! But since they’re a little pricey, I thought, if there’s anytime I could justify getting these lashes would be for my wedding and honeymoon!
Jill was great — she uses text messages for scheduling which is super convenient. She made recommendations for my short lame lashes. The whole process took about an hour. I got so many compliments on my lashes! They were perfect for the wedding. They semi-​lasted through the honeymoon (2 weeks in a beach setting) which made me very happy to go make-​up free!
I had to go back to get the lashes removed, which was just $ 10. Jill again did a great job, and I miss those oh-​so-​luscious lashes!

Jill and the experience she brings her clients for eyelash extensions should be the ultimate standard in beauty services.
As a client, I drive 25 miles one-​way to visit her at her salon. She is well worth the drive, time, and effort. Jill is pleasant, humble, thoughtful and kind. She is skilled at the craft: her nimble hands produce beautiful results, and I have fallen into slumber on numerous occasions. She offers great insight on how to care for not only the extensions, but the health of your natural lashes as well. Additionally, I have never had any difficulty with regard to scheduling with Jill.
I truly wish every beauty service experience I have had and will have could be like those that I have each time with Jill.
If you are considering other people/​places for eyelash extensions, I can assure you that your time and resources will be best spent with Jill.

Jill does a great job with my eyelashes and she actually cares about the health of my eyelashes. I receive compliments every time i tell people I have eyelash extensions (yes, I have to tell them because they look so natural). I also love going here because Jill is always so accommodating with my appointments.

I have been going to Jill for over 2 years and I will not let anyone else touch my eyelashes! My lashes always last me 3 to 4 weeks and she has taken great care of them as well as made me take breaks in between to keep my natural lashes healthy.
She is quick and efficient! I always have people approach me to tell me what beautiful eyelashes I have.

Jill was FANTASTIC!!! I have never had lash extensions before and was SUPER hesitant when a friend tried to get me to go.
Let me just start by saying that Jill came in and saw both my mom and I on her day off, I was almost an hour late and she worked straight through her lunch! She was pleasant and carful and SUPER DUPER SWEET!
My lashes look INCREDIBLE and completely natural! And I have been getting compliments daily for the last 2 weeks!
Towards the end of my appointment her next lady came and Jill finished mine a little under the 45 min she says it takes. I was so over the moon and completely impressed with how amazing they looked I was no remotely bothered by this. I was impressed that she could do it as fast as she did. Update: The next time I went back she spent more time with me and I have to say I have gotten SO MANY compliments on my lashes! Everyone has thought they were real!
Her service was unbelievable and I will TOTALLY be going back!

I had my eyelash extensions done this morning by Jill. Jill knows exactly what she’s doing. Quick, fast and affordable. A true professional and she truly cares about the health of your lashes. I’m very selective about my xperience and I’m so happy Unilocal connected me to Jill!

I’d like to start off by stating that as with hair extensions, gel nails etc that some damage is to be expected. Jill is a professional who is extremely skilled at her craft. I have had lashes applied elsewhere and did not receive half of the information which she offers. It was definitely an educational experience.
During my last appointment she noticed how short and thin my natural lashes had become so she applied some very natural looking extensions to help me out until mine grew out… free of charge!
I truly appreciate great customer service and will absolutely be back for the next special occassion.

I really hate writing bad reviews (which is why this is my first). As a person, she’s great. Super sweet and nice. She gives directions on how to take care of them. She also gives you a little brush and saline drops which I appreciate. But I wasn’t very happy with my results. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for years from another lady in the OC. But I wanted someone closer so I went on
like we do and I found JC Lashes. She does seem to care about the health of my lashes but I’ve never seen this much damage on them before. I am not sure if it’s the eyelash she uses, the glue or the technique but after my eyelashes were removed, they were super short and thin. Never in 3 years have they been like that when my other lady was doing it. So I’m never going back. Sorry :(

Jill did a great job on my lashes — I had them done for a wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. It was cost-​prohibitive for me to have them filled, but I would have this service done again for a special event.

Ive been here so many times and was recommended to go here by a friend. I absolutely love this place! Jill, the owner is awesome.
The first time i met her, I was in desperate need to have my eyelash extension replaced because it was the same day i had to attend a wedding. I texted her (as i was told to do by my friend who recommended Jill) and she responded to me that morning and booked my appointment to meet her. She even moved another clients appointment to fit me in her schedule. (Indeed that was very nice of her to do.) I was truly impressed of the way my eyelashes looked. Ive never done individual lashes, and so i didnt really know what to expect from it… however I was very pleased with the outcome. Alot of people have complimented me on how natural they looked.
Ive gone to other places to get my eyelashes done, but i must say I plan to stick around and continue to go to JC Lashes, regardless if its 25 miles away from my house.

Jill is really sweet and seems very knowledgeable. She definitely has a light touch, painless, and didn’t take very long.
I got my lashes done a few days before a wedding trip (Jamaica). Despite the heat, water, and other activities, I was able to keep my lashes looking fab thanks to all of Jill’s suggestions. She also seems to care more about the health of my lashes than the money she could get from multiple touch-​ups. I REALLY appreciate that!!! It’s been almost 3 weeks and my lashes still look great! I’ll be seeing her again when I take my next trip (Vegas) next month!
I just wish she was still in Long Beach. But her work is definitely worth the drive to Arcadia!

Jill is amazing! Very professional, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I immediately felt at ease as she explained the process to me.
The application process itself took a little over an hour for the «natural» option. Jill is a perfectionist and has a good eye for what she does. She made sure fine tune what she applied.
After her application, my eyelashes looked stunning. I can see how women get addicted to the treatment. The lashes made my eyes pop and works wonders for my face when I’m not wearing any make-​up.
I would recommend Jill and her services to any of my good friends and family members I plan on seeing Jill again in March to vamp up my lashes for a Vegas trip. :-)

I had my first experience with lash extensions a couple years back for my wedding and was really wanting to get them again. I came across Jill here through Unilocal and decided to give her a try.
Jill does fantastic work and her prices are very reasonable. The room at the salon where I got my extensions done was clean and Jill tries to make it as comfortable as possible. She’s very thorough and wants your feedback regarding lash length, thickness, and fullness. She makes sure it’s done right. Her hands are very «light» when she applies them that I almost fell asleep a few times during the process.
I’d highly recommend Jill for anyone that wants to get eyelash extensions.

Jill did a great job with my lashes. My lashes are full, and longer — yet still look natural. The whole process was quick, and comfortable and the room where I got my lashes done was clean. Also, she has you check the length, thickness, fullness etc. after each eye to ensure you are satisfied. If not, she will take them off with a special removal serum and redo them — no questions asked.
She was also extremely accommodating to my schedule since I got called in to an emergency meeting at work.
I also appreciated that she told me to not get it done too frequently to let your lashes «breathe». That shows that she cares about her clients and is not only in it to make as much money as possible.
I think her prices are reasonable. Shop around for good lash extensionists. I have been getting these done on and off several years and have had horrible experiences from going with the cheapest person possible (too thick, glue is gloppy, pokes my eyes etc.)
