CIPS Valet Parking

Terrible service. We pulled up and the 3 employees were just standing around talking. After the 3^rd time turning to them one asked if we were interested in valet. Hmmmm… I’m in the valet line right in front of you, I would say «yes» I do need valet service. He heard us say «terrible service» and when he entered our car he had a smirk on his face. Well, when they brought our car around everything had been changed. My air conditioner was full blast, the music station was changed, all the mirrors and chairs were adjusted. Real mature guys and gals, real mature!

i did valet parking with car wash and the cash in my car went missing.
Never ever use their service!!!

this is the shadiest valet service ive ever used, be aware they burned my clutch and drove my car almost a mile, even after speaking with management they are not helpful ive had multiple stick shift cars and have never had a single issue with a clutch do not recommend their services I would rather walk the extra distance needed or even go to another mall if I could give less than one star I would, santa anita mall needs a more dependable or trust worthy valet service, unless you are a risk taker do not use their crappy service especially knowing my car needs over $ 2000.00 worth of work immediately after leaving their location the fact that the area manager has the nerve to say there could have been pre existing damage to my car is ridiculous my car is new and I did NOT have any pre existing issues whatsoever with it, I take extremely good care of my car!!! my car was returned to me from the valet area literally smoking with a parking lot full of customers and a full staff completely aware that something had been damaged, my car since has not lost the disgusting smell of burnt clutch. I cannot state enough how displeased I am with this service at the santa anita mall
