Lines are always too long at checkout! Oh, and the place stinks of too much perfume — yuk, but their clothes are nice.

Why the F do I need my clothing I purchased to be brought in to get a price adjustment. What the F is a receipt for then? This is not customer service and to say I’m trying to manipulate the system somehow the manager refers. What the F is that! We the consumers are keeping your FFN doors open here. I want an FFN apology!

Very quiet, almost dead even. Not too many staff on the floor but just right considering the low foot traffic, at least when I went. Everything was tidy and clean. Music wasn’t as loud as other abercrombie kids stores. I had a return and the transaction took some time. The manager and model at the cashwrap were very patient, which I appreciate. They were all about customer service which is good considering abercrombie cashiers tend to care less about returns than purchases. Hopefully the store gets better business so it’ll still be here when I come back to SoCal.
