History

Established in 2011.

We started off as a very small business run by one college student, his intent was to create the business to help support himself through junior college, provide support for his family, and to start an organization that would be a place for other college students and young people to turn to when they needed help. The business has always provided free service to people who have educational goals and has continued to do so consistently for the almost five years it has been in operation.

The business has grown from a very small side business to a significantly larger organization that now employs several individuals in Santa Cruz County and provides services to many more. We have served many students free-​of-​charge to help them fix their laptops they use for school, and hope to continue to be able to provide that service and many more services, with little-​to-​no help from any outside contributors or without asking for gifts to help provide for the cause.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Nick is a student at Cabrillo College currently undergoing a double major, Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems and Information Systems. Nick has a strong family background in computer science, supported mainly by his grandfather, Don Head, who has worked for over 50 years in IT, 20 of which was as a lab technician doing precision measurement, providing computer services as a member of the U.S. Air Force.

Nick spent time at Stanford University in 2007, obtaining a certification from the Education Unlimited academic group, studying Adobe software and Java programming. He has almost completed both of his degrees at Cabrillo College and several Cabrillo College Computer Information Systems certificates.

Nick built his first web site in seventh grade and has been working on computers since he was about two years old. Besides business, he enjoys sports and academia.

He has two younger brothers, Derek (15), Robbie (14) and a mother who also live in the county
