Business Owner

Working in all departments at the dealership level for 15 years, Dennis realized that it would be a great service to RV owners to be able to repair their rigs on site, (at their homes or in travel parks), instead of them having to drive or tow them in every time they needed a repair. Thus, Coastal RV Service was born.

Are you kidding?! Had some serious electrical issues with travel trailer so I called Coastal… Dennis was busy all week, but was told he could squeeze me in at the end of the day Wednesday… needed new converter/​circuit board and fuses and what-​not. Dennis said he’d have to order it… I told him we were using the trailer this weekend… overnight ed the parts and fixed the thing on THURSDAY! Too good to be true… what a great guy… Thanks Dennis, I’m telling everyone! He also ordered parts no recalled refer unit I knew nothing about… call them!

EXCELLENT! Scheduled a recall repair with them. They came out within a day on time, completed the job in about an hour, and were so professional and very nice! I will definitely use them for all of my future RV needs/​repairs.
