Asphalt & Concrete Surfacing

We recently purchased our new home and needed our long driveway repaired and resealed to give it a few more years of service. After much web searching I hit on to Asphalt & Concrete Surfacing. I spoke with Brad, the owner, on the phone and we set up a time to meet. Of course we missed each other by about 5 minutes. (We weren’t living full-​time at the new house yet as we wanted to get some of the big projects done before hand.)
Needless to say, Brad didn’t need me to be there as he walked the driveway and sent me a quote which we agreed upon. A date was set, and of course once again, I couldn’t be present, but once again, I didn’t have to be. They did a great job especially on the hilly bits of the drive. My only regret is that I have yet to meet Brad.

i had a small but very pesky asphalt repair, and was worried that no one would want this troublesome small job. however, my savior was dan from asphalt and concrete surfacing. :-) he not only took my job, but did extraordinary work on this small section of driveway. he also followed up after completion, giving me information critical to the concrete curing process. i am very happy with everything, all the way around.
the job was to join an existing asphalt driveway to a newly-​installed brick walkway, and to seal the place where the asphalt was chipped away to make room for the walkway. without proper rain & water sealing, water would get underneath the new brick walkway, and erode away the base and fill sand that the walkway rests upon. i wanted to protect my home, and significant investment in the new walkway.
dan used black-​tinted concrete to fill the space. it matched the color of the exiting asphalt very well. he also created a small berm, diverting rain and water away from the brick walkway, and towards a drain on the driveway. way to go, dan!!! :-) we homeowners appreciate that kind of care VERY MUCH.
the concrete looks good, solidly fills the (previously) open space in my driveway, and was done at an incredibly affordable price. i would highly recommend dan, and his asphalt & concrete surfacing company. call them, and have peace of mind about protecting your home.
