History

Established in 1981.

Anderson Accountancy Corporation was established in 1981 by Keith Anderson. At the time, Mr. Anderson was one of the only CPAs in Aptos. Since that time, Mr. Anderson has grown the business by focusing on providing the highest quality services in the areas of small business accounting and consulting, individual and business tax services and other financial related services for individuals. In addition, Mr. Anderson has developed the expertise needed for estate and trust accounting, which many CPAs in the area have chosen not to do. In 2004, Mr. Anderson’s daughter, Jeanette Anderson joined the practice as a Vice President. Ms. Anderson is also a CPA and has many years experience in public accounting, beginning at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and then as the corporate controller in several public companies in the high technology industry. Ms. Anderson also brings expertise in forensic accounting as she holds a Certified Fraud Examiner credential in addtion to being a CPA.
