Property Inspections

Property Inspections is our most popular service! Once a month, we do an exterior/​interior walk-​through with photos. This inspection is to look for things out of the ordinary, water leaks, non-​working appliances, adjusting thermostats, etc. We also look at the landscaping and note any areas of concern. This inspection is sent to the customer via email, regular mail or fax, along with a photo gallery of all areas of concern.

This once a month inspection provides peace of mind that your property is being maintained in a professional standard acceptable to you.

Manager

I do all the work and get the business. I have been in the industry for 8 years working directly under my uncle in his Field Services business, focusing on REO Foreclosure Trash out and Property Preservation. My uncle was a top Real Estate broker for 20 years prior so I have the added quality of seeing the homes through an agents eyes and being able to see the property through securing it all the way to the sale. Knowing which details are the ones that will help sell the property and what ones won’t.
