I really enjoy Paradise Island… I enjoy paradise Island probably more than I should. But their Amaretto Cherry ice cream is ah-maze-ing! I love it. I walk in saying to myself«this time i’m going to try something else» but always I go back to that Amaretto Cherry. I have really not had anything I didn’t like to eat here. The chili is fantastic. Not spicy at all(I’m a big time wimp when it comes to spice) The fish on Fridays is good too. I cant say anything bad about the BBQ pulled pork sandwich either. All great choices. The one downfall is it can get to be a bit pricy if you come with your family. But since it is all so good, the employees are so friendly and helpful… I guess I can overlook the price most times.

A great neighborhood ice cream place that also serves food. The sandwiches are delicious and everything is made to order. Great for kids and adults, there is a lot of options to choose from. The staff is very friendly, too!

Cute little eatery with ice cream. Great for kids, as it has a tropical feel. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. We only tried the ice cream, and not the food, FYI. But the sandwiches looked good, and big.

Looking for someone to serve us ice cream(see previous review) we decided on Paradise Island a few blocks away. Walk in and FLASHBACK: I’m walking down the sandy shores of Punta Cana between palm tree umbrellas, and among men in speedos and women wearing swimsuits too… flash forward back to Wisconsin. Love the décor in here, can’t help but find the joy in a place that puts a smile on my face; from the palm tree overhangs on the booths to the bright Caribbean-inspired colors. Oh yeah, the ice cream is great too. Thanks for having a small child size option that is actually intended for a small child’s appetite. The boys loved the selection and the window-viewing ice cream case competed well against other commercial ice cream joints(throat clearing here). It’s always a good sign of ice cream when my nephews leave wearing their ice cream :-). I guess I should have dropped them off at their mom’s with a box of Tide laundry detergent. Oh well.
