History

Established in 2005.

Natural Healthy Concepts started with one person’s small dream. In 2004, Theresa Groskopp opened a nutrition counseling and consulting practice in her home in the Appleton area, Central Wisconsin.

Previously Theresa worked in the medical and social service fields after receiving a BA in Business from UW-​Oshkosh, a valuable foundation for what happened next. With her ever-​increasing interest in health, she juggled work and studied nutrition completing the Certified Nutritionist Program with the American Health Science University, National Institute of Nutritional Education.

Client interest set in motion the retailing of nutritional supplements in her home along with creating the website and online store. Natural Healthy Concepts grew steadily largely due to Theresa’s steadfast passion — she firmly believes that the foundation of health and wellness lies in proper nutrition and instills the philosophy that your health is the best investment you’ll ever make!

Natural Healthy Concepts is fantastic. They stock the Ortho Molecular vitamins that my new nutritionist recommended that I purchase and if you created an account beforehand, there was an additional discount waiting. On top of that there is no tax to California and free shipping. Lastly, the people in customer service were absolutely wonderful and helpful. You can’t really ask for more. Several of the websites do charge tax, many a shipping fee and most no discount whatsoever. As good as it gets!!!

Amazing customer service & fast shipping!
I had ordered a couple products & a couple hours later received a very friendly phone call from Denise letting me know it was back ordered but they had similar product in stock that would be ready to ship today! Which is a few short hours after I ordered. She fixed my order right up for me & send me an email with my tracking number! Will definitely use them in the future. Customer service is a big part of businesses & most businesses don’t have good services whatsoever. It was VERY refreshing to have such a nice person call & represent her company so well. I recently purchased their product, PetzLife Oral Care Spray. This product is advertised to remove the plaque from apets teeth while freshening the dogs breath.
I used the product for 30 days as directed. I may as well have been spraying water in my dogs mouth for all the good it did. This product did absolutley nothing to improve my dogs teeth! When I contacted customer service about obtaining a refund I was told that the company does not gaurentee their products therefore they would not give me a refund.

I love this company! I was amazed by their great service. Not only were their prices the lowest I could find on the internet for the brand I was looking for, but their shipping was super fast and they accommodated my strange shipping request (I needed some of my order shipped faster, the rest shipped later due to a vacation I was taking). I e-​mailed them to see what they could do, and their customer service was super fast and responsive and they were able to accommodate me. It’s so nice to see a company with that type of customer service these days. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and I also highly recommend them. Very happy!
