Horrible. We had a big mouth obnoxious salesman that lied. He told us everything was inspected by professionals but when we got the refrigerator home it never worked. It tripped the breaker in the room we had it in and all of the food in out upright freezer was ruined. Then they wouldnt pick it up. They wanted us to load it up and bring it back. We went to fox valley appliance in neenah and bought something that worked. We will never go to howie voight again

After an exhaustive search for a new clothes dryer I walked in to Howie Voight. I strolled through their used selection and found a unit that I believed was a good deal for the price. After a mere three weeks of laundering bliss, my new used dryer stopped heating! No problem I thought, I have a 30 day warranty! So The following Monday I rang them on the tele and scheduled a service appointment. When the day arrived I left work early to head home and eagerly awaited the repair mans arrival at some point during the service call window of 3 hours! The freakin cable company would be embarrassed by that type of window! You can imagine how extactic I was when the serviceman arrived promptly at (DRUM ROLL PLEASE)…he never arrived. No call to say they had to cancel for some unbeknownst reason, just empty hearted disappointment for me. Now I type this as I sit here wearing wet clothes with a lighter wallet due to the couple of hours of lost wages :(please don’t shed a tear for me though dear reader for I am a glass half full silver lining type of chap and am off to the big box store to purchase a new laundry set from someone I can rely on (did I really just type that?).
