We got a new guy, unfortunately. We picked out a washer/dryer and told him we’d like to order this one. We told him we’d get a dryer plug elsewhere and have it ready for the delivery driver. The salesman just walked away. I guess he got confused or something? We walked back to him and said«No, we want to order it» As he’s filling out the order, he got every single piece of info wrong. I told him my phone number 4 times and yet he got it wrong. He had us down for 2 washers and dryers. Another associate came over to fix it and somehow changed our delivery date from 2 – 15 to 2−22(which we didn’t notice until we got home) They did get us 1st in line for delivery on 2 – 17,so there’s that.(7 am!) I don’t think we’ll be going there again. The experience was quite tiring.

I entered the store about 3 in the afternoon. I checked out the appliances I needed and formulated questions. I was ready for help about 3:10.(I had done my research and had already written down the model numbers.) Where was the help? Employees saw me and didn’t approach. I don’t have 3 eyes nor am I missing teeth. It wasn’t until 3:24 that a gentleman approached and asked if I could use help. I said, «Certainly.» He asked me to wait until he finished with his current customer. Meanwhile, the idle employees remained idle; the store was not busy for the amount of employees. About 5 minutes later, I was helped; my questions were answered and I decided to order. I was given a quote and I was told that delivery could not be guaranteed by a certain date. Concerned about the holidays being around the corner, I decided to just check another place. Long story short, I returned to Gregg about 40 minutes later. The salesman saw me and approached directly. He began to write up my order. I noticed that the total was $ 500+ higher than I had been quoted! The salesperson said, «Oops. Sorry.» I even showed him on his worksheet where he had written down the lower total. Isn’t this called«bait and switch»? I believe this is an illegal practice. Sarcasm: thanks for even attempting to right the wrong. Save your time. Find a place with competent sales people. This is what they’re trained to do – to extend a welcome, to be knowledgeable, and to be accurate.

Great prices but terrible customer service. We ordered our appliances on-line the day before Thanksgiving. All were available. Having heard nothing about our delivery, my wife called a week later. Person said they would check on frig and call me with a delivery date. A week went by with no call. I called again and after being on hold the guy said he was very sorry and would look into and promised a call back by Monday. I let another week go buy and no calls. I tried calling their 800 number about 100 times but«all lines were busy» and was told to call back later. I sent a very angry email threatening to give them bad reviews and telling them how upset I was since they had my money but I did not have my appliances. No response. I called their delivery center again and the woman said the frig was not in and she called Whirlpool while I waited. Promised at the latest it would be delivered by the 2nd. I convinced her to deliver our range and microwave which they did. Was just told today frig would not be delivered until the 9th. So, that will be 51 days we had to wait(while they have our money). This all could have been resolved with a note saying it was special order or a simple email/phone call saying this. I will never do business with them again.

I rarely shop at HH Greg but I’m rating this location for the customer service and price match program. I made a purchase and later found it for less on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get the price lowered. No questions asked. Certainly I could have returned and purchased through amazon, but buying from the store I had it that day. I recently attempted a price match at another popular store which I was questioned hard and the price was declined because of the different color! Needless to say I will return to HH Greg and not the other.
