History

Established in 2007.

Greg & Lori Muller opened the first Exit Realty franchise in Wisconsin in 2007. With their 25 years combined real estate experience both as a franchise and as an independent broker they have the «out of the box» thinking to get your home SOLD and saving you money when purchasing your new home or investment property. Since opening Exit Elite Realty, they have been actively educating local Realtors and clients about how their non-​traditional approach to real estate that delivers the best results.

Greg, Lori, and their team of associates love to share their vast knowledge in regards to residential real estate, land development, new construction, investment property, short sales and foreclosures. I have flourished in real estate by living by the Golden Rule… «Treat others as you would like to be treated.» I have been a full time Realtor for over 10 years with a love for selling homes! I really enjoy working with sellers and buyers in the negotiations of their purchase and/​or sale. I have sold over 700 homes in my career. My background is extensive in residential and new homes sales, subdivision and land sales, along with new construction and investment opportunities. I have several educational designations including: ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) E-​Pro (Technology Professional) SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), OICP (Own America Investor Certified Professional) and Certified Negotiation Specialist. I am also Certified Human Behavioral Consultant (CHBC) with Personality Insights program.
