I had my first opportunity to experience a service appointment at this dealership yesterday. I have owned 5 Lexus’ but have not taken them to Bergstrom for service. I believe we are living during a time when customer service/​appreciation is not valued by business the same as it once was. My experience at the dealership yesterday was exceptional! Stewart treated me professionally and asked a number of questions about the ownership of my GX 460. He took time at the end of my appointment to explain what was done and what may need to take place at my next appointment. He was courteous and took his time with me. You an be proud of how he is representing your dealership!

Charged $ 105 for an oil change and tire rotation. They take advantage of the fact that they’re the only Lexus dealer in the area. If you want a Lexus, buy it in Milwaukee or Madison, can save thousands of dollars since there’s more competition.

No problems with purchasing a car a this dealership … Just don’t get it serviced here!
First year of oil changes free. Lexus is now over a year old and took the car in for regular service and oil change. Hit with over a $ 400 bill!!! For regular maintenance???
To revisit — buying a car here is great. Nice showroom, tolerable salespeople and you get invited for an owners brunch very once in a while (mainly to here a sales pitch, but that’s okay when food is involved!).
Take your car to get serviced somewhere else! Otherwise ask questions before they do there work.

Stewart Wong is a very professional & knowledgeable service advisor and is 50% of why we keep coming back. I’m pleased Stewart spends as much time as he does concisely explaining the reasons for what needs to be done, and why each maintenance needs to be done. Other 50% is the excellent service and the cleanliness of the RX 330 when finished. The loaner car is a definite plus allowing me to go to office while all day service is being done! The politeness of everyone involved is a definite plus.
