I wanted take a moment to show my support for the guys that were holding down WTF Pizza at a wedding I went to this last weekend. My lady checked on the food situation prior to the big day and she was warned that there weren’t really any vegan options and we should eat before. So we did eat before the event and honestly I was happy with just wine for dinner. But then I saw the pizzas being cranked out of the WTF trailer and I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask… Me: «Any chance you guys could throw together a veggie pizza with no cheese? Just like, all the veggies you have?» WTF: «Sure man, we got you.» And get me they did, twice actually because we ended up going back for another round. These guys are knocking out pizza after pizza, keeping up with the demands of the party, yet they still made time to roll out little tomato, black olive, onion and mushroom pizzas just for us. Leaving no customer unfed, I like it. The crust and sauce were on point and that’s half the battle when it comes to good pizza. Our pizza was pretty simple but that’s because they were working with what they had, I have no doubt given a full pantry of veggie ingredients that they could whip up a serious vegan pie. If you’re reading this and curious about the meat pizzas I can tell you all the wedding goers seemed pleased as could be with what WTF was bringing to the table, I saw a lot of pizza get inhaled that night. Solid pizza, solid people. Thanks again, guys. I speak for hungry vegans everywhere when I say we appreciate the effort, and of course we appreciate the pizza.

It’s a roach coach, no it’s a food truck no it’s WTF pizza and the only nightmares I have since going to Apple Valley to visit friends is that this truck is gonna pull out and never come back! This is some yummy yummy food I assure you, yes I hope you can understand me because I’m meeting with my mouthful!

Just like their café the quality has gone downhill and it takes so long to get a pizza that it’s out of hand ridiculous not out of this world delicious

Their pizza is so good you won’t believe it came from a food truck!!! I have had it at several venues around town and even at the Balloon and Wine Festival in Temecula and it is consistently excellent!!!

Good pizza. Had the BBQ chicken was really good, as good if not better than CPK. Also had the Pastrami, was AWSOME! If I like a good pastrami sandwich, you’ll love that pizza.

We went to a food truck event at the grove community church in Riverside and the WTF pizza truck was there. We had a pizza with basil and tomatoes and it was very tasty. Nice crispy crust and best of all it was so quick! Many of the other trucks we had to wait awhile for our orders and this truck was fast and delicious! We would totally eat here again.

Super fresh, made to order, thin crust, wood fired… what more could you ask for? The pizzas are bursting with flavor, each ingredient standing out on its own for your senses to enjoy. Don’t fret if the line is long, the pizza comes out quickly. Easily recommended. Looking forward to finding this truck again!

When we lived in N.O.C., there was a parking lot full of food trucks on Friday nights at Best Buy at the corner of Beach/Imperial in La Habra. Never went, but it was nice to know it was always there. The food truck phenomena isn’t big in HD, but there are a few here and there. WTF pizza is one of them, and they’re good. Where’s The Fire Pizza usually parks themselves at Havanna Cigar Lounge(Apple Valley Blvd/Yucca Loma) or The Wine Seller(Bear Valley/Apple Valley), but you can check their schedule on their website for more details. Pizza’s good and the people are nice :)

Should you find yourself in Apple Valley, California(yes, I had to search for it on a map as well), or like me, have the pleasure of completing a rotation or three at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, then you just might have the opportunity to indulge in a freshly baked pizza from Where’s the Fire(WTF) Pizza Truck. WTF takes the mobile kitchen concept to a new level with its custom wood-fire brick oven built right inside the truck, churning out fresh, handmade 10 inch Neapolitan style pies while customers salivate with anticipation. With their crispy wood fired crusts, fresh ingredients and energetic staff, WTF turns«fast food» pizza into a memorable experience — a shocking revelation for the hungry Soldier at the National Training Center. Try a traditional favorite like the Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, sea salt, mozzarella fior di latte, fresh basil and EVOO($ 8) and Spaca Napoli with sliced mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, EVOO and fresh ricotta($ 9), or opt for one of their quirky speciality pies like the BBQ Pulled Chicken Pizza with fresh cilantro, BBQ sauce and crumbled BBQ potato chips($ 9). WTF Pizza Truck travels throughout Southern California and Las Vegas so hunt them down using their website’s calendar or give them a call for your next catered event, you’ll be more than happy you did. This food truck serves great tasting pizza. I believe one of the best in california!!! They are also all natural ingredients and cooked in a real wood-fire oven! On Halloween they even gave out 200 free pizza’s to trick-or-treaters! They are really nice people and want to expand. It’s a food truck so they do move around to different locations. They have a Facebook page too that you can check out.
