Walmart

Ok so the girls at the customer service desk are always friendly I’ve dealt with them many times when I cashed my pay checks. I shop there all the time and spend a lot of money at this store, and I never do returns EVER! Well I bought a microwave 2 months ago and it was defective we thought it was going to blow up. I searched high and low for my receipt and couldn’t find it, so I took it back explained to them my issue and asked for store credit in order to get another brand microwave because no way would I get the same one. The girl helping me was very helpful, the manager on the other hand felt it necessary to lecture me about keeping the box and receipts in the future. I’m sure people work their return policy there all the time, but I do not. Like I said I never return anything I purchase there and I spend a lot of money there so in the future you can save your lectures for the low lives who come in there and try to fraud your return policies don’t lecture good customers! Management needs to up there customer service skills. That is all.

Had the worst customer service , the managers Glen and Tammy were of no help with our cashier Marcella was wonderful trying to help. She asked Glen for a assistance with my transaction he walked right by her did not even acknowledge her and asked for help from Tammy waiting for 25 min. when she got there the transaction erased from time delay, finally frustrated at that point I walked out empty handed. NEVER GOING BACK to Walmart in Apple Valley if I didn’t have to post a star they would by negative

This Walmart is a Super Center. They offer the best of the best when you are looking to shop a Walmart. The only issue that I have with his location is no Self Checkouts. The store is large enough to support this feature. Parking and accessing the store is easy.

I am not from this area, but the one on bear valley frustrated me. They have the baby formula locked up and it takes forever to get someone to help. So I decided to try the apple valley Walmart. Big mistake! I walked in the door and there were 10 people in line for returns and 3 Walmart employees were standing around talking. It was very unprofessional. When someone had a question at register one, she yelled across the store to the service desk to ask a question. Again, very unprofessional. If a manager reads this, you should pay more attention to your employees and the customer service they provide. An unhappy customer tells more people about their experience than a happy customer. I’m very unhappy…

This place has the worse service. The employees are slow and lazy. I forgot 3 items and went back and was told hat they were given to me. This is bull. They went to look at their cameras and never came back with the results. I waited 15 mins and got pissed and left. Bunch of inbreeds

I’m new to the area and figured location would be a safe bet to get supplies. The place is disorganized with messy shelves. The bathrooms were also gross. The lines at check out weren’t bad and the staff were friendly — which is why I gave it two stars. I guess I expect more from the Walmarts that I’m used to. This was our first and last visit to this place.

Only gave 1star due to a McDonald’s right next door .
I waited very impatiently in line with people coughing and sneezing their sickness everywhere, 40 EXTREMELY HORRIFIC MINUTES! !
Just for them to tell me they are out of stock on my prescription?
HOW DOES A PHARMACY RUN OUT OF MEDICINE?
IS THERE EMPLOYEES TO DO INVENTORY?
Just another horrible Walmart Exp.
Was I supposed to call local pharmacy and ask if there fully stocked?
Well Good News Walgreen’s was able to handle business, with a friendly professional and friendly service within 35 minutes.

compared to «down the hill» most of the shops up here suck. But this one is plain off the charts! scary to walk thru parking lot, let alone get back into car. too many homeless ppl. hanging around. UGH. target across the street is 100% better.

Way to many old people working here especially in the electronics. I went in there looking for an audio wire they had no idea what i was taking about, they looked at me like i was crazy. Most items in the electronics dept were open boxes returned items so they were marked down. Even then most of the shelves were empty.
Garden dept is just a mess you can’t even walk though most of the isle the have pallets of stuff blocking walk ways. Then there is nobody there to help you.
The store is unorganized dirty most of the staff is rude seems like they just hate there jobs. There is only 4 cashiers during the busiest hours ago lines are way too long. The line for customer service/​returns are just as bad there is always a long line maybe cause the is one worker there and if you’re lucky enough to see two working there at the same time then there to busy talking to each other an barely acknowledge the customer

scary just trying to make your way through the parking lot. i cant stand being stalked and rolled for anything you mite have in your hands or pockets by every zombie hanging around the parking lot. not going back. its just not worth it. i hope the new walmart will have some kind of security measures in the parking lot.

I’d prefer this walmart over the Victorville one… this one is MORE stocked than the other one. I can actually find things i need here and occasionally have to visit this one, because the Victorville one is completely out of stock!!!

Ahh. my new local Walmart.
Within a 10 mile radius there are 3 Walmarts, why I do not know but this one is closest to home.
Unfortunatly this is by far the worst one!
No deli/​butcher/​bakery, in fact the food is only two isles right in the middle of the store, dim lightening, never have what I need.
I will avoid this location and drive to Victorville or Hesperia anyday!

They had a few of the items we needed, but really at 630 pm there should be more than two registers open. We left our cart and went home, the lines were snaking through the clothes areas.

After trying the Victorville WalMart recently, I’ll make it my business to drive a few extra miles to this location from now on.
Besides the seven or so people outside of the store’s entrance trying to get you to donate to a cause, buy a newspaper or just flat out give cash out of the kindness of your heart, the inside of this WalMart is just like any other. The one exception to this is that I didn’t see any self-​checkout aisles, so I was stuck standing in line for a single item, which sucked but still didn’t take up too much of my time.

Its ok… too many old people working there. Parking lot needs repaving. Could be cleaner. I hate that cleaner smell they use for the bathrooms… smells like rotten eggs…

Cleaner and less busy than Victorville store.
