I would definitely recommend JD’s Remotely Started for anyone considering getting a remote starter for their car. The scheduling process was a piece of cake and I very much appreciated that it was all done through email and online. I even commended him on the smooth online process while I was in the shop getting my remote start installed.
From the time I arrived to the time he was complete was about 50 minutes! The cost was also reasonable. When it was all said and done, the cost was over $ 100 less than what my regular dealership quoted me.
JD and his wife are friendly and super accommodating.
Now I’m actually looking forward to it finally getting cold so that I can start using the remote starter.

You would be a fool to take your car anywhere else. JD’s operation is a well-​oiled machine. He’s the one working on your car, and has done literally thousands of remote start installs, and has been working in car electronics for almost 20 years, so he’s beyond experienced. He works fast — you schedule a time on his website, show up and the work is usually done within an hour or two (depending on the car). The price is more affordable than any alternatives, far better than Best Buy and any dealerships. The old adage is «fast, cheap or quality work — you only get to pick 2», but JD manages to do all three.

Great service, great product. JD was quick, efficient, and friendly. I was able to find all of the information I needed on his website and when I called with questions and to schedule, he was helpful with determining what features I would actually need for my 2013 Kia. He has the scheduling process nailed down — handles essentially everything online and via email confirmations. Install was quick and easy. Dropped my car off and his wife gave me a ride to the local coffee shop to wait. 1.5 hr later I got picked up in their company car, shown how to use my new remote starter and was on my way. Already have referred a few folks as beyond the great service, the price was slightly less than other competitors I looked at.

JD installed a remote starter on my 2003 Trailblazer and it is heaven on earth to have! JD was super quick and everything is way beyond my expectations. If you are thinking of a starter, you won’t find a better man to do it than him!

With just 1 review on Unilocal I was a bit skeptical. Then I went over to the website and saw the tons of happy customer reviews and I gave it a shot.
I filled out the form, looked over my options and then asked a couple questions via email. I got a response right away and had all my questions answered. After making a $ 20 deposit I was able to easily schedule my appointment online.
Fast forward a week or so… I just had a Compustar RF-​2WG9-​SP 2-​way remote start installed on my 99 tacoma and couldn’t be happier. I pulled into the garage and 45 minutes later and after a quick tutorial I was on my way.
The remote start works even though I’m down a side hill and on the other side of my condo building. This thing is awesome, I’m not sure how I lived without it. I’ll be recommending JD to anyone who needs a remote starter installed at a reasonable price.
