The only reason I give one star (plus zero is not an option) is that the detailing on my car was pretty good, the rear window was not cleaned well. My real issue is the customer service, the person at the main desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was playing on his phone and didn’t look up when I came to the desk, when he did he just shoved a paper in front of me. I had an appointment for detailing. When I came back to pick up the car he sent me to the detailing bay (which I didn’t know where it was located) he just pointed with no instructions. It turns out I should have paid at the desk first, no apology from the rude guy. I (nor my family) will ever be at this so called Paradise again.

I’ve gone to this location twice and will never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else. They didn’t vacuum my backseat either time. With kids, that’s where it needed it the most. $ 30 for a carwash and I had to finish vacuuming when I got home. Would have been better off spending $ 8.00 at Kwik Trip across the street and just did the inside myself. They didn’t wipe anything down either except in the driver area which did not include the center console.

In general I think they do a pretty good job. I leverage their unlimited monthly package with the skipper plan. It’s nice to be able to come in as many times I want during the month especially in the winter. And you can always do just an external cleaning on days you don’t feel like cleaning out the inside of your car before a wash.
If you have young kids they may enjoy going here with you to see the bird.
And be sure to tip the cleaners at least a dollar when you pick up your car… Especially if you are a regular.

Scratched interior vinyl, always armor-​all the steering wheel and my stick shift even though I always ask them not too. Spotty service even on the high end packages. Been here several times but this time I draw the line, will never be back.
Also put some substance on my window tint which seems to have ruined it, and won’t take responsibility for it

I took a super duper dirty work truck for a complete interior detail and wash. It was done in ~2.5 hours and i am very happy. For the price, it was great. Also, all of the employees I dealt with were very nice and helpful. The real parrot in the lobby was awesome, too :)

The truck wasn’t dry inside or out. They pulled the mats out in the beginning, they were dry, when I got to leave they were wet and muddy. Not much effort was put to it by workers whipping the truck dry. Have had a lot better for less than they charged. One time, that’s all they get. I’m gone.

I changed my original because I do think that there car wash does better than average. One big mistake I made and think that they should change is that: they should not say they will clean your interior with all the washes. Dont think you are going to get a good wash everywhere inside and out if you are going to pay $ 20. You have to pay for what you receive. That being said, I got a package and you can tell the wash lasts a bit longer than before.
Good: exterior wash lasts longer than gas station.
Bad: You get what you pay for.

Hand dryed washes are hard to come by! If you’re like me, this is the only location nearby. However, don’t pay for anything above the basic… because you will still get the basic. Paid $ 30 for the Supreme Package, thinking that I would get a better clean than the standard Full Service ($ 15) package. Incorrect. Save yourself the money and disappointment — stick with the basic Full Service package.
