History

Established in 2007.

Los Dominogos was established over 20 years ago and has maintained classic Mexican food with the changing times. We take pride in our food and our service, as well as the active role that we play in our community. From sponsorships to helping feed the poor, we believe what goes around comes around. With so many years of success so far, we look forward to adding you to our long list of satisfied customers!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

My name is Maxim Atalla. I first started working with Los Domingos in 2000. My first position was washing dishes and prep work in the kitchen. I learned how to cook all the recipes on the menu and came up with a few myself. After almost one year, I was moved up to a busboy and then a server. Working day and night to support my family, I got a chance in 2002 to become a Manager. I jumped on the opportunity, managing and bartending for the next four years. When my boss decided to sell, I bought Los Domingos in Barstow and in 2007 and opened another in Apple Valley. I am living proof of the American Dream, and will never forget where I came from.
