If I could give negative I would
Ordered wedding cake. Delivered lopsided ribbon so loose wrong ribbon colors frosting looked like a 5 year old made the cake.
Could even find there receipts. I had to go get mine. Willing to do nothing but $ 20 back mean while my cake was a joke and total embarrassment to my wedding.
