This is the third time I have used Cloud 9 and they are outstanding. In a household with a busy, messy toddler, indoor cats and foster puppies my carpet and couch take a juice filled beating. But Cloud 9 and their magic cleaning abilities make everything look almost brand new. They are on time, polite, quick and exceedingly thorough. I have a pretty large house and a microfiber couch and to get the major carpet areas and couch cleaned it was under $ 250 which is a deal as far as I’m concerned. Cloud 9 is the only company I will use to clean my carpets and upholstery.

Beautiful work! We have had our carpets cleaned before and other services left the edges looking dingy and couldn’t do a proper job on our couch (microfiber). John and Zach did an excellent job — couch looks great — carpets are fabulous — even the 20 year old carpet that is upstairs. We will have them do our carpet and upholstery again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Wow. beautiful work. John came to our house today and did a full house carpet cleaning including the rugs. Absolutely beautiful job And such a fair price. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and was very efficient. We will surely be calling him again. THANK YOU SO MUCH
