Terrible service. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru. Just horrible service. Still waiting long enough to go in and put this post up and still have no food. Good luck if you decide to stop here.

Worst place ever!!! They park us every single time! And today they parked us for a good 10 minutes so I called them and was like we are still outside so they bring out our order we rush home my infant was crying she was hungry can’t feed her in the car. Our order was completely wrong and my daughter who was the only one who got their food right had no sauce for her nuggets! To top it off we got no receipt. I’m so frustrated!

I always say I’m never coming back! They always make you pull out of drive thru and wait for your order. So far is been 9 minutes. Most of the time the order is wrong. I think it’s rude to have you move out of the drive thru when there aren’t cars behind you. Bad customer service! !!

Drive thru: maybe that’s the reason service was SO bad and they still messed up our order. Twenty minutes with only one car in front of us (they had to park and wait for their order as well) and after we get home, part of our order was missing! Yes, we were charged for it. I had not been there for several years and I guess it will be another several years before I go back again.

Ordered their grilled fish sandwich, asked for no tartar sauce. Received sandwich with tartar, not a big fan of tartar so into the trash it went after the first bite. Receipt shows no tartar so whoever prepared it failed to read the ticket.

Been in several times a year. Always well run, clean with fast, polite service. Was in today. Ordered Original Six Dollar Burger. Fried Zucchini and Ice Tea.
First off, service as before was polite and fast. Food arrived to our table in about 3 minutes. Restaurant was very clean. Doing good drive thru business, inside ordering was not busy but steady flow of customers.
Burger looked just like menu board photo… but as with every time I have eaten here and other Carl’s (actually most fast food places with drive thru’s…excluding In N Out), the meat is luke warm at best. Great looking burger, the new buns are very good… loads of fresh produce, a nice thick Angus patty and only luke warm. Just takes away from the whole burger. Also patty not seasoned enough or at all. Not a fan of the butter pickles they put on these burgers.
Zucchini was very hot (temp wise) a decent value. taste is ok. Not the best, but not junk.
Ice tea was fresh.
As mentioned in order to have fast drive thru service, most fast food restaurants precook and store their burger patties. They need to find a better way (also applies to McDonalds) as it really is a noticeable problem. that stops me from eating there more often.

ironic that for YEARS there was only the McDonalds across the street and i would regularly scream and yell and tirade «SOME DAY YOU WON’T BE THE ONLY FAST FOOD PLACE FOR 10 MILES AND YOU’LL BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!»
Well now there’s like 10 of em around, MCD’s gets their orders right and Carls Junkyard gets it wrong, forgets to hand me my drink until i ask and doesn’t put any ranch in the bags.

Haven’t had bad customer service at this location nor have I seen any employees treat any other customers poorly. The food is always good. I have been to many Carl’s Jr restaurants (and Hardee’s) it’s one of the better locations I’ve been to and I find myself frequenting this location.
