Very poor customer service. She had our family waiting for over 5 hours for my father to be picked up. We literally sat there until 9 at night. I called the first time just to see what the problem was with him being picked up and she was very helpful and told me that she would keep me updated. The second time I called she was very rude with me. She would not tell me when his remains would be ready and she would not answer any of my questions, despite the fact that in our previous conversation she told me she would keep me updated. I do not recommend these people to care for your loved one. Please find a different cremation service. Worst experience ever.

Had my mother cremated there and they were very professional. They came to the house to pick up my mother and we’re very caring. Very affordable compared to a funeral home cremation. They also sell urns and keepsakes for alot less than a mortuary. The only negative was that it took 10 days to get the ashes which was expected as they said it takes 5 to 10 business days, but they had no control over the time it took for the doctor to sign off on it and the paperwork filing. They are located in an industrial park and wouldn’t even know that this was a crematorium. Thank you again.
