3D 4D Ultrasound By 4D Special Delivery

I loved my experience here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our little girl was stubborn but Britney was very patient and willing to move the little one. I love this place and recommend any new parents to come!

I was very pleased with my experience here. The Staff was very pleasant. I had the pleasure of being helped by Brittney. My little one was being a bit stubborn with good postioning and she did what she could to get him moving. She was professional, sweet, and did not make me feel rushed at all. Brittney was very detailed about explaining to us exactly what we were looking at everytime and showing us his little body parts. Obviously, I most definitely would recommend this location. (In Apple Valley) The room the scan was done in is roomy, and had a large screen tv, and a large comfy couch for your guest. The lights a low and nice music playing our entire session. They also offered some awesome discounts for checking into facebook. I took a chance with this place, since most seem to recommend Heavenly. I’m glad I chose to come here instead!

Everything went great from start to finish, came in for a gender reveal and we had a great experience. we will definitely be back again later on in the pregnancy for the 3D/​4D. I will recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to get a gender reveal or 3D/​4D.

I just went to Heavenly 3d (across the street) for my sister’s ultrasound and it was awful in comparison to my experience 2 years ago with 3D 4D ultrasound by Special Delivery. If you are trying to decide between the two, pick this one. ;)

Such a wonderful experience! More than I expected. Very clean office & ultrasound room, friendly ultrasound tech! She took her time and did such a great job. Great prices for packages, basic $ 40 package was worth every penny! So happy I was able to share with the family members who were able to go with me. Spacious and comfortable viewing room that can easily accommodate 10 guests. Would definitely go back and do it again.

Such an amazing experience! My husband, two daughters, and I all went to Special Delivery ultrasound and were extremely impressed with the services and staff! The morning of my birthday my husband surprised me and said lets go find out the gender of our third little one, I was able to book an appointment same day. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was very polite and after i filled out the paper work and paid the very reasonable price for my ultrasound package I was getting my ultrasound within 5 minutes. The ultrasound room was awesome, dark so you could see the very large screen, a huge comfortable sofa for family and friends to sit on, and had really sweet music playing. I wish I remembered the ultrasound techs name, because I would love to have personally recognized her. She was so amazing! Very polite, sociable, professional, and sweet. I was just shy of 14 weeks and she let me know she would not give us false hope about the gender unless she was sure. At first she had trouble getting the baby business on the screen because it kept moving, but instead of just scheduling a repeat scan in a couple weeks she took the time and was very patient until she could get the pictures she needed. I have had two other gender scans with my daughters in the past at other ultrasound businesses and I felt rushed and the ultrasound tech seemed very emotionless and uninterested in my experience. Once this tech got her shots and even pulled the other tech in for conformation she let us know we are having A BOY!!! She shared in our happiness and she didn’t rush us out as our family was very emotional. Another aspect of this experience that meant a lot to me is my 14 month old was needing a nap and fussing, I apologized for her crying and the tech was very polite and never made me feel like my little one was being a pain. The ultrasound machine gave us great photos and the package was $ 15 cheaper than any scan I have bought in the past, but was definitely the BEST ULTRASOUND SCAN I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will continue to recommend this company and will return for future scans for this pregnancy!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience my husband and I had at this facility. I am a sceptical person but due to extenuating circumstances it was looking like we wouldn’t be able to find out the gender of our first child while we were together (military). We made an appointment here, they scheduled us in less than a week, and we got way more than we paid for! For $ 30 we received a 15 minute DVD of our ultrasound, a CD with pictures, and an 8×10 of our very uncooperative child. Even though they have a policy to let you come back if gender cannot be determined at your first appointment (for free), our technician spent way longer than 15 minutes with us to make sure she could tell us with certainty. We live an hour and a half away and the office was just so accommodating, warm, welcoming, and helpful. We couldn’t be happier!

Staff showed up late to my appointment. Since I was the first appointment when my family and finally got into their office the air was not on so it was extremely uncomfortable in the office! The staff member never once apologized and gave us extreme attitude, rolling her eyes, shaking her head at us and talking very rude! We left straight from there and called heavenly 3d, also in apple valley, and they graciously squeezed us in with no wait time! There staff was wonderful! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SPECIAL DELIVERY!!!

My husband and I made an appointment for the gender determination ultrasound and all I can say is we had the most amazing experience ever. Our baby wasn’t being very cooperative but the ultrasound tech was very patient and tried multiple times to give us the news we had been so eagerly awaiting. After about 3 tries we found out we are expecting a baby boy!!! 3D/​4D Special Delivery made this an unforgettable memory and we thank them so much for being a part of this journey.
Also, there facility was amazing! They had a huge sectional couch for family members to be involved with the ultrasounds.
I have already recommended a family member to 3D/​4D Special Delivery for her gender determination ultrasound and I will continue to recommend this place to all my family and friends. I cannot wait to get my 3D/​4D ultrasound and see my baby boy. I know i will have an amazing, enjoyable moment with 3D/​4D Special Delivery.
