Ohhh So Nifty

So much fun to find this place and so many great finds for the home can be found here. From the funny wall signs to the colorful furnishings, a stop at this shop is sure to brighten your day and at least get you to laugh or give you some inspired ideas for your home or office interiors.
If you like to incorporate unconventional pieces, refurbished finds, vintage items or interesting elements into your décor, then be sure to check this place out. If what you are looking for is not currently in the mix, talk to the owners and let them know so what you may be in the market for so that they can help hunt down just what you have in mind. They may even be able to create the perfect match from items they personally makeover.
The merchandise is constantly coming and going so every visit is sure to offer plenty of surprises. The store is nicely staged to showcase the wide variety of new to used stock and prices seemed to be pretty reasonable.
I am not a mass merchandise shopper when it comes to finding special touches, from light fixtures and mirrors to vases and jewelry cases. And since I am not a very crafty person I applaud those who know can wield a wicked paint brush or do great things with a glue gun.

So I came across this by accident while shipping boxes at UPS for Christmas. I had seen signs but never saw they had actually opened yet. I decided to venture in and was amazed at the beautiful items they had and how well they displayed them. They had several rooms set up by theme and colors. There are so many items to look at tucked away on shelves and in nooks and crannies you definitely need to leave some time to peruse the entire store. They have items I have not seen since I was a child and without divulging my age, that was years and years ago.
The staff were very pleasant and greet you when you enter and quickly assist and answer any questions you have. I have been looking for an oak bookcase and much to my surprise I found 2 beautiful ones that I believe will stop my search. The items in this store are all in excellent condition despite some being pretty old antiques. They obviously take pride in what they choose to sell and display. Some items were priced a little higher than what I would expect but I have to remember that many items are antiques and the value is probably higher than I know.
I cannot wait to take a day that I have more time and check out all the items in the store. Definitely recommend people to check this place out when in the area.
