Established in 2009.

Incognito Lounge is the dream of husband and wife, Kevin and Kristina Knott. Kristina has been in the food and beverage industry, from corporate hotels to neighborhood bars, for 17 years and has always wanted to open a restaurant/​bar and Kevin is a self– taught chef and has been in and out of the food and beverage industry for 24 years. Together they came up with the concept of a place where people could come and have a great time in an upscale atmosphere with great food and drinks. Incognito Lounge has been referred to by the regulars as the neighborhood «Cheers» because the clientele is very friendly and everybody gets to know your name.
