She always does a good job!

I took a lot of my clothes to her and she did a good job altering it. Whenever I had any issues with few of my clothes that she altered, she will just redo it for free without any complain. She has a great personality and did her job on time. She is also very honest and knows what she can do or can’t do because some people could just lie about things for the money but she is not like that. I recommend her to other people.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And my drapes that she altered were late to be finished. I went back once more to give her another chance with a sports coat alteration and she did nothing but complain that I was a few minutes late in a driving severe thunderstorm. Interesting that when I’m late it’s a problem but not when she was. Will not go back and suggest you do not waste your time.
