Your statements are completely inaccurate. I contact John within a few days the first time I tried to open the passenger window. When he asked me to bring it by the shop, he also confirmed that he had no expertise or experience in diagnosing or repairing a window regulator and advised me to get a quote. I got 3 quotes and called him back and he said to have it repaired and he would work something out. Thats when you took over and all the inaccurate information started.
