This bank has excellent customer service and very personal. They know you when you walk in and always greet you upon entrance. They have financial advisors available to meet with you for your personal banking needs. The window service is always fast and efficient.
The biggest drawback in this busy day and age is that they do not offer any hours on Saturdays. You have to go to Brandon in need to do banking in a weekend. This is my main bank but needed to open an account at a competitor to ensure access to some funds on weekends.
Other than that I highly recommend this bank and this branch for efficient service and great customer service.
