Great, customer service. Call and within hours food delived. Comes in all sizes. I normally get low fat and 60 lbs. Which fills 20 gallon container. They also let you pay them continuous. So there alway credit available. The foods are healthy and their caring.

Pet pantry helped me and my wolfhound find her a diet that she could eat with out gut distress. I put my other dogs on maintenance diet. Everyone has good skin and hair. I recommend them to all my pet friendly friends.

I’ve been using
for YEARS and absolutely love them. I buy food for two dogs and a cat. I first heard about them on a radio show where they were talking about the best pet foods and they ranted about how good The Pet Pantry is. The samples they give are big (with free delivery) and they have monthly specials (usually give aways) for cats and dogs. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been using Pet Pantry for several years. It started when I need to find kibble for a dog with skin problems (allergies).
Both dogs enjoyed the kibble. Coats got shinier. Skin problems abated.
When I got a new dog, vet asked what I was feeding her. Vet looked up the food on the
website and said it was the best hypoallergenic mix he had ever seen.
I have turned at least a half dozen folks onto Pet Pantry.
Just before I move from the free delivery area, I will order a one-​year supply.

I am very impressed with Pet Pantry! NOT only are they fast deliverers… but in only a month, I have seen such a turn around in my 2 dogs’ overall health… bright eyes and silky coats! THEY SEEM TO HAVE MUCH MORE ENERGY TOO! Also, my Pitt Bull had a bald spot on her butt and it is starting to grow back… Love you Pet Pantry!

Excellent service… We ordered the food directly via the website on a Sunday evening and literally 12 hours later in the morning it was delivered! Woohoo! Just in time for lunch-​time.
Forget hauling those huge bags from the pet store back and forth, pet pantry offers free delivery right to your door and their prices are right on-​par with the most «premium» foods out there if not a little cheaper.
Great value all around… Our dogs favorite is the «salmon» which is very healthy and tasty :)

Love the Pet Pantry! We have been using them for almost a year now. My dogs love their food, we get the holistic chicken and rice. And there is always a bag of treats. The delivery is almost always next day or two unless I order late in the day. All of the delivery guys are very nice and always leave it right at my front door or set it inside my garage if it’s open. The price is more affordable than most dog food, $ 78 for 60lbs. The only downside is that in the past 10mths the price has risen two separate times. It won’t keep me from using them as it was a minimal raise, I just hope it doesn’t consistently keep rising that it becomes just as expensive as the store brand.

I’m a new Pet Pantry customer and I love it. I ordered some free samples, and while they didn’t have samples for their guinea pig food (which makes sense, since it is pretty standard) the dog food samples were a decent size! I figured there may be enough for one meal, but my dog got several.
When I made my first paid order my items were delivered that day, along with a little goodie bag for the pup. The Pet Pantry not only has food, but food storage bins and a wide selection of treats, as well as bedding for small animals.
Deliveries are made Monday-​Friday either every day, a few times a week, or once a week depending on where you live. Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs residents can receive deliveries any day Monday-​Friday.
I’m also price conscious and I feel the prices are very reasonable. The staff has been super nice and I look forward to continuing to use The Pet Pantry.

We recently adopted a rescue, Banjo and his foster mom fed him holistic lamb and rice. As a parting gift, she gave us some food to take home, but we had already purchased Iams puppy so gradually weaned Banjo onto the Iams. It was insane how quickly his coat went from being soft and not stinky to looking like a greasy, unkept yard dog. Unless he was sneaking out of the house to use the neighbor’s brylcreem, the only culprit was the food. I immediately ordered samples to see what our other dog would like and have never looked back. Both dogs now have beautiful shiny coats and don’t smell like they have been sweating to the oldies with Richard Simmons. If I didn’t see this transformation myself, I would tell you that you are full of it. I only wish they sold human food so my hair could be as healthy and pretty! Thank you for this excellent service, we will be customers for life!

Amazing service and good quality food! I was recommended by a friend and was a little skeptical about this possibly being a better deal but I pay less now than I did when I was getting him the quality stuff at the store AND it comes right to my house!

We love pet pantry and Thor is extremely nice on the phone. They have all sorts of pet foods to fit your pet’s needs, and my dogs love their cookie treats. You also can’t beat free next day delivery. No more lugging around 75 pounds of dog food to your car anymore! Not only are their prices so affordable for what you get, they really care about what is in your dog’s food! Holistic, no by products, just simply amazing.
Affordable, great for your pet food delivered to your door for free. You can’t beat that!

What else can I say about Pet Pantry and Thor that hasn’t already been said… I agree with all the other posters too.
His customer service is top notch. And my dogs love the food! We have been feeding it to our dogs for 5 years and we have senior dogs and it is the only food they have ever loved like this. What is better is that the prices are great for holistic food and it comes to your doorstep with a few extra treats.
I recommend that everyone give it a try!

I absolutely LOVE The Pet Pantry! Thor is always so nice and quick to respond to emails and the deliver is quick and free. I couldn’t ask for better! And since we switched our dogs over to their holistic foods, the change in them has been amazing. Shiny coats, less yard clean up, healthy teeth and a lot more energy. The prices are so much better per pound than what you get at the grocery store and the food is healthier too. Plus Thor is active in animal rescue which is something I’m passionate about myself!
Give them a try! You won’t regret it!

Pet Pantry is the Best!!! I have been ordering from The Pet Pantry for about 8 months now and I love them! The website is quick easy and nicely laid out! If you create an account with them it saves your purchase history and boom one click you can order any item that you have ordered in the past! The delivery is extremely fast I usually get it the next day when ordering during the week! Its Free too! Good value for the amount of food you get too! I recently got a Cat back in November and without a question I knew I was going to always order my cat food from The Pet Pantry. Support local companies!!!

Glad to see that Thor gets so many good reviews here. I’ll just pile on because we’ve been using Thor’s business for about 3 years now and have only been thrilled. So, even though I still feel a little twinge of guilt for not making all our dog food from scratch at home, I feel like this option is the next best thing.
1) selection of food/​treats– the options have expanded recently and are even better than the selections at local giant pet-​marts and pretty much as close to the smaller specialty pet stores.
2) online ordering & free area delivery!!! Can’t beat this– free delivery. It’s so amazingly convenient to come home and have the food on your doorstep.
3) service. this one really is #1, but I’d put up w/​less than stellar service for the first two. Fortunately, w/​Pet Pantry you get all three.

I could not be happier that we discovered this place. We have 3 dogs, the smallest of which is 55 pounds, which means they go through a LOT of food. The free home delivery has been AMAZING. I usually order in the evening, and it always gets delivered the next day. All of our dogs love the food, and their «Solution Diet» section has been great for our pup with a sensitive stomach.

Fully agree with all the positive things said above. Our cats have been on this food for about 5 years and have been in great health. Love the delivery service. Always fast and friendly.
My wife and I were recommended to go there by my parents, who always have a few foster dogs from the local boxer rescue. I have seen a lot of dogs absolutely thrive on this food.

For all the above reasons listed above, I am a huge fan. Thor emailed me back right away with a recommendation. My dog was eating wellness large breed, but was having really loose you know what a little too often. This service was recommended to me by my dog’s trainer Michael. I also went with the life Canine sensitive, and my dog gobbled it up, no pumpkin necessary. There has been no diarrhea, and no issues with the food. I love the free delivery to my house, because whenever I go into the big store for just one thing, I always manage to walk out with more than I went in for.
Even better part about the home delivery– it is free 99! That is just fantastic.

Let me count the reasons why I love the Pet Pantry:
1) Quality dog food at a reasonable price! I order the Holistic Life Canine Sensitive and the Holistic Opticoat for my two dogs for about two years now and my dogs love them.
2) Free next-​day delivery in the Triangle! As someone who’s had to lug those 50 lbs of dog food (I have two dogs, one of which is a great dane, so yeah, we go through a lot of dog food a month) off the shelf and into the cart, off the cart and into your car, and off the car and into the house, I know how awesome it is to be able to skip some of these steps :)
3) Thor, the owner. He is super helpful in determining what dog food is right for your dogs. He gives you a 5-​lb bag of food for free to try so that you can see if your dogs like it. He has also been helpful in helping determine the right food for my shar-​pei and his sensitive stomach. He responded quickly to a lot of my questions regarding the ingredients and has given me a couple of free bags to try and «experiment» with: D
Overall, I highly recommend this service, most especially if you live in the Triangle.
