We just bought a new home and the furnace had to be replaced. Our real estate agent suggested using Stewart’s. They were able to take care of it quickly and for a great price.

TERRIBLE! Our AC was brand new in 2013 and broke SEVEN times the following summer. Every time, Stewart’s told us it was a different issue. It’s broken again now this summer, and the guy has been out here twice. It’s been 90 degrees in my house for a week, and I still don’t have a solution. The guy was supposed to be here today between 3 and 5pm; he showed up at 6 with no explanation and no apology. The receptionist at the office has been exceptionally rude and unhelpful every time I’ve called there, too. As soon as our warranty runs out, we will most definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

If you are looking for an incompetent HVAC company that lack customer service, this is the place for you! It would appear that they have very few technicians that actually know what they are doing. How do I know? I’ve had nearly all of them at my house within the last month trying to resolve my AC issues. Every time they come out, my husband or I have to leave work to be there within the time frame given. Not only were they consistently in all of our schedules appts, we actually had a complete «no show». Then of course when the tech comes out to «diagnose» the problem, a part is ordered and it’s another week before anyone can come back to the house. Never mind the fact it’s a smoldering 88 degrees inside my house. Never mind they’ve already been to the house several times before so you would think we would be a priority. Then here’s the icing on the cake… the lovely customer service… NOT! I called to speak to the mgr on one occasion because the tech told us they would back the next day but when we called to get the time, we were told we couldn’t be seen for another week. When the receptionist answered, she put me to his voicemail because he was at lunch. I’m not sure what kind of lunch break this man takes, but that’s been over 3 weeks ago and he’s never returned my call. Note: my husband called as well and never got a call back. The situation had gotten so bad because none of the techs were diagnosing the prb, that this same coward of a mgr had to come to the house. Not once did he open his mouth to apologize for all these visits, all this time my husband and I had to take off from work, all this time suffering in 88 temps, not returning our calls and simply not resolving our issue. How unprofessional is that?! I can assure you that has soon as our warranty is up with them, they’ll never have our business again. It’s bad enough that it took 7 tries to get our problem fixed, but to not have the decency to apologize when you work in a field of customer service, unacceptable. I can go on and on about this company, but you get the point. Beware… be very aware. The only good thing about this company is last tech we had; Constantine. He was the only person that knew what he was doing and apologized that we had endured 88 temps in our house for over 3 weeks.

As previously reviewed, this company lacks professionalism and customer service. I purchased a brand new home from Lennar and within 7 months of closing, and first time using the A/​C, its not working. Called initially on a Tuesday, told they could not come out until Friday. A technician comes out Friday at 2, spends about an hour repairing, and says he will return with a needed part. After 6pm gets here, the technician still hasn’t shown up. The following Monday, the technician calls and says he’ll be there in 45 minutes. I scramble to get home so that I can get the unit repaired. He recharges the A/​C and then presents me with a bill; considering I haven’t owned the home for 6 months yet. The next day, the system still isn’t working and I call for another service visit. The schedule for the next day. The technician comes out and the diagnosis is a faulty contactor. But he mentions there may be a bill generated on my behalf. He doesn’t have the part on his truck, so he says he’ll return the next morning to complete the repair. I call their office at 11 to see where the technician is, only to find out that no one is coming out to repair my unit. I calmly ask if my repair can be expedited and the lady on the phone just dismisses my call and transfers me to a manager. I leave several messages for a manager to return my call, and of the course this coward manager does not return my call. All this time, the temperature in my house is 86 °F, and no one seemed to care. Even worse, I tried calling my builder’s customer care line and got the same lack of concern. I will NEVER use this company outside of my warranty and encourage consumers to do the same. My ENTIRE neighborhood of over 100 homes feels this way about this company.

Called to schedule a tech on Wed. morning 7:45am. Said they would be out Wed. evening or Thursday morning. Did not come out Wed. so called to see when they would be here on Thurs. was told that would be here Thurs sometime… Called back at lunch Thurs. to get a time estimate and was told that they would try to get here by Friday evening or Monday. CSR gave me the feeling that she really did not care that there was a problem with (they installed) HVAC system and I can wait until whenever they get around to it or go somewhere else. Definitely not the attitude when they sold me the system… I wish I had know on Wed. now trying to call someone else.
