Starbucks

I come here on a dairy basis an have had no problems with customer service, so I will have to disagree with previous negative reviews. The staff here is as attentive and courteous as anywhere else I go to buy coffee!

Avoid… worst customer service ever and they tried to rip me off! If starbucks reads these they should really do something about this branch.
I went to buy classic syrup and the first girl says they don’t sell that and I say other starbucks do and she says she’ll ask a manager (all of this rudely). She comes back and says they do and yells at me saying she didn’t know bc she’s never sold one before. Another girl takes over and says it’s not in the register and goes to the manager. She comes back and says they can only do a price match with what they sell over $ 15 before tax. I know online it’s $ 12 something so I said no and looked online and there’s a Starbucks less than a mile away so I went there and I had no problems buying the syrup for over $ 5 cheaper AFTER tax. So post tax was over $ 5 cheaper than Harris teeter’s PRE tax.
Conclusion:
1. Don’t go to this starbucks. unless you enjoy being yelled at for their ignorance
2. Don’t buy simple syrup from Harris teeter bc you will be overpaying alot

Its located in the Harris Teeter in Apex. Very small starbucks and they do not sell the sandwich or breakfast there.

Worst customer service ever received at a Starbucks. I have been here several times and the staff stands around and carries on personal conversations within earshot of customers. Today, three teenaged employees looked through a Cosmopolitan magazine, laughing and conversing about the magazine’s content. Next, they discussed plans to get drunk at a friend’s party. I won’t be back and will gladly drive the extra few miles to visit another Starbucks.
