I will start by saying Michael K, (the other reviewer)
hit it on the nose with a –10 review.
Paramount Realty was the worst experience I have ever had, I have bought and sold 3 other houses in the past.
Fred was unprofessional from the first day, we had an appointment for pictures to be taken of property, he shows up without a camera.
His best line is «sorry for the misunderstanding»
My wife and I heard that more then 4 times thru out the deal.
Fred also seemed to be working for the Buyer not us the Seller.
Just stay away and find another Company, this one is a –10 for sure.

These guys are terrible. Our clothes dryer in our rental broke down and they informed us we are responsible to repair it. What is the point of going through a management company we have to take care of issues with this rental. I would not recommend Paramount Realty Solutions to anyone, they are awful to deal with.
