I have heard from everybody how good this place was, but when I went I wasn’t impressed. I ordered the Pad Thai with a side Caesar salad. I thought the Pad Thai lacked flavor and there was too much dressing on the Caesar salad. One thing I liked about the food was the portion they have you. A small plate was enough food for me. Other than the food, everybody there was so friendly and I loved the outdoor seating because it was so nice.

In case you didn’t know, Noodles & Company is a chain. I’ve been to one in Virginia before and their food is comparable to any other fast food chain: okay. With N&Co, you place your order at the register, find your table, and they’ll bring out your food when it’s ready. Their presentation is very modern and so is the restaurant. It’s cute and casual. I’ve tried various dishes, but my favorite is the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken. However, I also like the Alfredo MontAmore and the Thai Hot Pot. Depending on the day/chef, the pasta can be perfect or too soft. TL;DR: Overall, the food isn’t bad, but isn’t great either. Service is super quick and ordering is easy(you can even order online for a quick take-out). This particular location has ample parking and is pretty easy to get in and out of too.

The med salad is great! Had the mac and cheese and I didn’t have a chance to eat it right away so it was a little hard and a bit dry, but that was my fault. Flavor was good. Quick service.

The food was pretty inedible. I had the pesto cavatappi, the noodles were so over cooked they had the consistency of mashed potatoes, if you were supposed to boil them for 11 minutes, I wouldn’t be surprised if these were boiling for 35… in a pot of lava. The pesto was brown, looked it came from a can, and was barely even there. I would say the portion was smaller than it is from other locations but they were probably doing me a favor as what I ate made me feel sick.

Food wasn’t that great. I order the Japanese pan noodles. They lacked flavor and was kinda dry. I ended up adding a lot of soy sauce to save the dish. Staff was extremely nice thought

I’ve never had Noodles & Company before so I decided to come check it out during their preview night last week for dinner. The location is clean and new and there’s a good outdoor seating area as well. The event was great overall and the service was super friendly as well. As for the food, I got the Japanese Pan Noodles with Beef and my friend got the Penne Rosa with Chicken. The Penne Rosa was good, and the portion size is decent for the price point(though definitely heavy on the pasta side and less so the ingredients.) The Japanese Pan Noodles on the other hand were pretty subapr and tasted like a microwaved frozen entrée that was drenched in soy sauce. Not a fan. I probably should have known better than to order Asian noodles at an American fast casual chain. So all in all, I recommend you stick to the Italian items on the menu if you do stop by here for a quick bite.
