Loredo’s Landscape

Do not waste your time with this company. I received a quote for some small landscape work and attempted to schedule them to come by. They did not show up, nor did they notify me of the cancellation. Had a very hard time getting them back on the phone to reschedule — they do not return calls. They rescheduled and once again did not show up or notify me. The price was reasonable and given the fact I had already gotten a quote I wanted to make it work despite the horrible customer service (plus, I kept telling myself — they’ve gotten great reviews!), so I repeated this process FOUR times before finally giving up. Talked to another landscaper who has heard similar stories about Loredo’s and suspects the good reviews it has gotten in the past may be fake.

Great value for tree removal. Had no trouble with getting in touch, etc.

I received very poor customer service from Loredo’s Landscaping and I do not recommend them. I was hoping to hire them for a small job (tree care/​removal), but after I was given an estimate and told the work would be done within a week, I never heard from anyone again. I used the Contact Us form on Loredo’s website to inquire as to when our work would be completed, and my request was never answered. I waited a couple of days then called to follow up. Though I was polite and pleasant and simply asking if we were on their schedule, I felt as if my phone call was an annoyance. The person I spoke to asked if he could call me back in an hour. I said yes and I made sure he had my phone number. He never called back. This was one week ago, and I have still not had a phone call or email from Loredo’s. I now believe that they had no intentions of doing the work. I gave Loredo’s Landscape one star because the man who originally came for the free estimate was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He was not the person I spoke to on the phone. Every other aspect of dealing with this company was disappointing, and I can list it as one of the worst customer-​service experiences I’ve had. I understand that the company might devote more time and effort to larger, more lucrative jobs than mine, but they could have easily told me up-​front that this job was too small for them and that would have been fine. I would have preferred that to being completely ignored and waiting for workers who never showed up. Maybe they have other reasons for not following through, but if so they never communicated those with me. I still have a tree that needs care/​removal, and I have now lost so much time when I could have hired another company to do the job.

Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship. Completed work on our beautiful wood privacy fence and patio. Mr Castillo and his crew demonstrated professionalism did a great job with our backyard. I highly recommend Loredo’s Landscape.
