We also have in house 3-​dimensional imaging available to assist us in accurately placing implants as well as same day crowns.

Business Owner

Dr. Michael Bass is originally from Edenton, NC. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in Utah. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. Dr. Bass enjoys water sports, snow skiing, working on home projects with his wife Sherrie and spending time with their 4 children.

Dr. Bass consistently exceeds the recommended annual requirement for continuing education and attends courses regularly

My family has been going to Dr Bass for 13 years. We wouldn’t trust our teeth with anybody else! He is gentle, he makes you feel comfortable and does an excellent job. The hygienist Marilyn is my girl! The office staff is amazing! It’s always a pleasure to go to the dentist!

Dr. Bass is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and uses some pretty amazing technology. After my initial exam he sat down with me in his office and on a big screen TV took me on a tour of my mouth via video :) We talked about a treatment plan and he was so kind to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He has a spectacular office staff who always seem happy and pleasant. They send me text reminders and emails about my upcoming appointment — which I greatly appreciate. I’m in and out quickly with no sitting around the waiting room. Look at me, writing a review about my dentist. Hey, when you have a good one you want people to know.

My whole family loves Dr. Bass! With one in college, middle school and elementary, we needed a dentist who could address all stages of development. We’ve been going to Dr. Bass for over 8 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

After moving to NC from Ohio, it was difficult to find a dentist that measured up to the dentist I had had since childhood. I am so grateful that Dawn (one of Dr. Bass’s FANTASTIC dental hygienists) referred me to Dr. Bass. Clean, comfortable office and knowledgeable, caring staff. Dr. Bass and his team are the BEST!
