Seventeen months after starting with one driver and one Toyota Avalon, AAction Taxi Cab now has two clean and comfy late model Sedans and one very roomy Van. Our growing fleet is all leather! He served in our US Air Force for over 28 years and has many years of commercial transportation experience. He is committed to Great Customer Service and Passenger Safety. Used AAction the other night after a flight in from Orlando.
They responded quickly to my booking, got my flight number, and assured me they’d track the flight and be there waiting.
It turned out that my flight was delayed nearly an hour, due to a mechanical glitch.
I landed, a little unsure as to whether or not they would stay that long. Sure enough, they arrived within three minutes of receiving the text that I landed.
The driver/​owner is personable, and has an excellent sense of when to talk and when to leave you alone with your thoughts.
The sedan is clean, and the water bottle he offered was cold. It was a very comfortable ride back.
Rates are comparable with other taxis in the general area (at least on fare from the airport). As a nice gesture, my location was usually metered, but he gave me a standard, flat rate instead.
Excellent, prompt service in a clean car. I look forward to making these guys my first call the next time I find myself in need of transportation to or from RDU.

So let me start by stating that this is the third cab company I have used in Cary while I am here on business. This has been the BEST by far!
Car:
Clean, neat, lots if room, smells great! It was a sedan type car, unusual for a cab but very much appreciated!
Driver:
Friendly but not obtrusive. He gave recommendations for restaurants close to my hotel. He let me know up front the fare. He even opened the door for me!
Fare:
Cary does not work on the normal metered fare rates but rather are based on mileage. No big deal as long as you are aware of it in advance. As with most cabs in Cary, there is a $ 2 convenience fee to pay with credit card. My preferred method of payment so I am okay with that! They use iphone for the payment so you immediately get a text or email receipt.
Scheduling:
Some cab companies make it difficult to schedule in advance and don’t meet the scheduled expectations. Not the case with them! Scheduled easily and quickly and the driver was on time. Definitely a plus!
Bottom line… the service was great. So much so that I booked my trips with them for the remainder of my stay here in Cary!
I would recommend them if you need excellent service!

BEST taxi service I’ve had in the triangle HANDS DOWN. Clean, nice car. Funny, nice driver. Felt very safe and taken care of after having a great time at a local bar. This service was recommended by the bartender and we are SO THANKFUL! We asked for the driver’s card and will definitely be using this service if we are in need of a ride in or south of Raleigh.
