Gulf Coast Extreme Adventures began in 2012 25 Ton Master Captain Doug Scarabin has spent his entire life on the waters of the bays, bayous, rivers, swamps and Gulf of Mexico and decided that he should turn his love for the water and for meeting new friends into a business. After a slow first year, business tripled the following year and doubled the 3^rd year. Returning customers has us on track to double business again and has us now booking clients on a first come first served basis so you need to book weeks in advance to ensure a spot on the calendar. Captain Doug is also a PADI Dive Master and 10 year seasoned Spear Fisherman who can put you on the fish of your choice weather you decide to go after Grouper, Snapper or even the tasty Hogfish.

25 Ton Master Captain Doug Scarabin is also a PADI Dive Master and Veteran Spearfisherman. Capt. Doug has over 37 years of experience on the Bays, Rivers, Swamps, Bayous and the Gulf Of Mexico and has worked in almost every type of seafood harvesting in the local areas over his lifetime. Captain Doug is known for going the extra mile to make your vacation a special one and will not lie to you about the fishing. Capt. Doug will tell you he is not the best fisherman out there but he will try harder than anyone to put you on the fish and regularly catches plenty of fish. Having fun is the most important goal for Doug and he will tell you that catching fish is a bonus to having a great and memorable time. Doug is known for adding to the fishing adventures with other awesome activities but we will let you find out that for yourself when you book a trip with him.
