Shine & dandy Auto Detailing

I don’t understand why a business seeks customers by offering a deal through Living Social and then makes it impossible for the customers to contact the business. I bought two vouchers through Living Social and have been trying to contact this business for three days only to get a message saying the voice mailbox is full. If this guy isn’t responsible enough to listen to messages from his customers (or would be customers) for at least three days and allows his voice mailbox to fill to capacity without clearing his messages, why on earth would anyone trust him to keep appointments, or for that matter trust him to do a good job on their car? I certainly won’t. I’ve asked Living Social to refund my purchase, which they’ve done, and while processing my request, the representative checked his «list» and told me this was a known issue with this business. This, of course, raises the question of why Living Social accepts this business, but that’s a whole other issue…

Chris did a fantastic job on my husband’s Porsche 911. It is black and very difficult to detail. He also did the claybar treatment and my husband who is very picky was greatly pleased with Chris’ work on his Porsche out here in North Scottsdale, AZ

Purchased a livingsocial deal and made an appointment with the owner «Chris.» It was scheduled for Saturday and I had cleared my schedule for this appointment, as my car needed the detailing badly. The appointment time came, and Chris never showed up. When called to see what was going on, he simply said, «I don’t know what happened.» No apologies whatsoever. He made no effort to come out later on that day to work on my car. He finally agreed to come out at another date. Again, no show! This time, he didn’t even answer my calls or returned them. My precious day off was ruined by Chris, times two! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ WITH THIS IRRESPONSIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
