History

Established in 2005.

In September 2005 Jason Moulton, OD and his wife Rachel realized the dream of having their own practice by buying the optical Image Eyewear originally located at Meridian and Apache Trail in Apache Junction, AZ. Since then, despite the recession, the practice has steadily grown. In October 2008 they moved the practice to a beautiful new location at Idaho and Broadway and, thanks to wonderful patients, have continued to grow. We strive to provide personalized, friendly, and professional service in all that we do at Image Eyecare. We are continually grateful to our kind patients who make our job so enjoyable.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dr. Jason Moulton was raised in Saint Johns, a small town in north-​eastern Arizona. He attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University where he earned a bachelors degree in biology. His optometric education was received at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. He has worked at the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, the Indian Health Services hospital in Sacaton, and the Veterans Affairs hospital in Amarillo, Texas. He is currently a member of both the Arizona and the American Optometric Associations. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and also likes to challenging himself by participating in triathlons.
