If your shopping for a tow, you’re likely in a hard spot. I sure was. Called these guys with little notice and they pulled a rabbit out of a hat. Rates are affordable and customer service rocked! Em’ boys here in the East Valley are doing business by the Golden Rule. My olé girl (circa 1981) was delivered carefully by a professional and courteous technician. Don’t hesitate, make the call!

This company was great! I was given a 3hr time frame and they showed up in less than 2hrs! I wasn’t there when they got there because I had no way to get there and they delivered it to the dealership and the dealership called me when it arrived! Unfortunately I needed a tow truck at the wrong time because a big flood came just the day before and another tow company left me stranded for 4hrs that night and never showed up, I wish my roadside assistance would have called this company first instead as I had to leave my car in a dark parking lot overnight. Thanks Big Boyz for rescuing my car today and providing great customer service!

They were very professional, got to meet quickly. Knew exactly what they were doing. Karl was very good at his job. You know, for being a small company who said they didn’t know that they were on Unilocal and that they usually are locally used for shops etc they came to Tempe pick me up got me home safe and sound. After my experience with a different towing company yesterday I was dreading having to call for a tow again to get my car from my home to the shop. I called my roadside assistance and was given an 80 min estimate from this tow company. Driver showed up under an hour, dispatcher who called to let me know the truck was arriving was pleasant, and the tow truck driver was professional.
