I had a different propane vendor install two new propane tanks at my house. One tank would drain and the other wouldn’t. They tried to fix it 3 or 4 times. I finally called Rymes and they fixed it in an hour. Very happy with the service because they solved my problem. I’ve also started to use them for fuel and have had no issues.

Started off good after the merger but have gone to heck. Don’t answer phone, scheduled service from wrong item and did not make any repair. Rescheduled and they did not have parts, said they could come back in 3 weeks. Crazy! Have to move on to reliable suppliers.

They have to be the worst at customer service ever. The accounting department has no ability to salve problems. They charge random fees with out proper explanations. Even the pumps are shady, there is wood blocks in were the mid grade and high grade should be. The cc reader is older then dirt. This just leads you to questions the quality of the products, the danger of the facility, and the safety for the community with having such a shady facility in charge so much environmentally hazardous material. Some thing should be done, who cares that much about 2 cents at the pump.

THISISTHEWORSTHEATINGCOMPANYTOGOTHROUGH. I rented a home and purchased Rymes oil for my heating company. When I moved in the tanks were at 50% so the agreement with my landlord was to leave it at 50% when I moved out. When moving out I asked Rhymes to fill it to 50% and clarified that is all they would fill it to. They filled it completely. When I received the bill I called and informed them of their error. They said they realized it was their error and would fix the mistake. So they called my previous landlord and told them I was refusing to pay the bill and it was their responsibility. My landlord was upset but did agree to pay half the bill(I felt this is was very unprofessional and unethical). Despite being upset about this I agreed to pay 50% of the bill. I requested an updated bill prior to paying for the oil. They sent me 3 bills with the old price. On the next phone call they told me to just pay 50% and they will transfer the balance to my landlords account. Well it has been 4 months and I am still receiving bills for the balance with letters they will report me to a collection agency. I have tried calling many times but have been placed on hold then hung up on. They won’t return my calls. No apologies for their error. DONOTUSETHEM, THEYDON“T DESERVEYOURMONEY.
