I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I have patronized this store for 3 years out of sheer ignorance of quality computer repair service because my cousin used to have his computer and game systems repaired here. He had no problems but I have. Not only is the owner and his son rude and uprofessional but the last two times I took my pc (which was purchased here I have to have it serviced twice for viruses) as well as a almost brand new laptop that I was charged $ 40 for him to do absolutely nothing called the father to complain and they never called me back. I had to have a tech friend fix it right after. Don’t waste your money here. Even if they fix your product, it won’t last long and you have to deal with their bad attitude. Not worth it. Called to inquire about any new pc’s and the son julio accused me of sending secret shoppers in there, no need your crappy service will be the end of your business you don’t need my help with that.

I have been using Julio and Techstop for years, for several different computers. No problems… none. Julio is reasonable and will negotiate provided you check your «a-​holeness» at the door. Be nice and reasonable when you bring in your ancient «PEARBOOKS» and don’t expect a total refurb with free software for $ 50.
Really people…
If you want computers that don’t fall apart when you look at them, stop buying Crapple and build your own.
Julio can help you do that as well. You shop around for the components YOU want, bring them to him and BAM!- you have a tricked out turbocharged computer for less than you’d pay for an off-​the-​shelf model.
Good service, but don’t be a jerk or a loser. Doesn’t Antioch have enough of those folks anyway.

scam artist. this place is located in the slums of antioch. when i walked in with my macbook, a security guard at the bank next door told me to hold it tighter because people get all types of things snatched in this area. i called ahead of time and was given a quote to replace my full keyboard for $ 150. as soon as i told them about the quote, they said it would be much more than that and that they would need to charge me to take my computer apart then i was told that there are several different types of keyboards for the macbook. i called apple directly and i was told that there was only one keyboard produced for the 2012 macbook. these people will lie to you because they don’t get much
yourself a favor and find a legitimate computer repair shop. i don’t do business with liars, sorry.

Quick, efficient, and knowledgable service! My computer is now free of viruses and my data is all backed up & protected. Julio Agramont did an amazing job! Will totally be back for any & all tech needs :-)
