Good food, great delivery service. Jerry was bet accommodating for our group of 20! We ordered tri-tip, chicken sandwiches and hot links. We also got mac n cheese and baked beans. All the food was delicious. The price was really good for thr amount and type of food we got plus he delivered. Now that’s great service.

Came in a few weeks ago on a Sunday around lunch time. It was very busy so we ate at the bar area. The food was delicious and and prices were reasonable. They person pouring the beer was inexperienced but it wasnt a big deal. We will be back and I highly recommend this place.

Food Great Service really needs work. I visited to purchase dinner for six guest at my home. It was the most I have been disrespected in a long time. The young lady that took my order did not even say thank you. She made me feel like I was a lower being than her. I asked before I left you sure all is at it should be? She snipped at me and said you can check if you want. Shocking that it was not right. But I should have checked right ??? Sad thing for sure just not sure if isolated employee or just attitude in general of younger generation.

The first thing you notice is that it doesn’t smell like a BBQ place. Absolutely no BBQ smell. Which leads me to believe the food is frozen and quick cooked. Totally disappointed. Ribs were small and gray and no flavor. Chicken tough and no flavor. $ 20 for a half rack and 6 pieces of white chicken. Waste of money. The server, waiter, fry cook looked like she did too much meth because she had no teeth. Really unimpressed and unsatisfied. I won’t be returning. The place itself is an uncomfortable, bland room. You can hardly decipher the menu on the wall. They did not have a paper menu.

Well I liked this place even though the stars were pretty low! The best part about this place is that the food is good and such a good price! My bf and ordered for basically the one menu and it only came out to less than $ 30 and trust me we ordered a lot! Chicken wings, corn bread, onion rings, side salad, baby back ribs, and chicken O_O. Everything was fairly delicious! My favs are the fresh corn bread and onion rings, and the spicy buffalo chicken wings(which are pretty spicy but so good), and the baby back ribs! And I usually don’t like to eat a lot of meat: P The service is okay, they’re nice, but they don’t give you everything you need unless you ask for it… like extra napkins, condiments, plates, etc. I really like this place cus you can choose to have smaller portions so if you like to try everything like me but can’t eat a lot, then this place is perfect!

Good service, decent food. They only serve baby back ribs here which I don’t mind but if it says BBQ on the door I kinda expect standard size ribs. The ribs though are very tender and taste great, same with the chicken. I was not too impressed with the brisket as I like it more juicy. Altogether an affordable place to chow down.

Got the big mouth burger, it was completely under cooked. If I get sick I’m raising hell. This place had 1 girl running the whole place. I told her about the under cooked burger and I ordered a lower priced item, she wouldnt give me back the difference and told me she was giving it to me for free. Horrible

Came here for my first time today. Walked in and was a little confused since no workers were in sight. The management realllly needs to change the layout of this place, especially if theyre not going to have 2 employees working at a time. Theres on person that takes orders and cooks and when cooking they cannot greet you or take your order, its just ridiculous. You can tell the employees here do not like their job one bit too. The food gave it a couple stars, ordered a 5 piece sticky chicken not what I expected but still good, expect deep fried sweet semi-caramelized drumsticks and wings. The ketchup tasted expired though or improperly stored idk… Bottom line is management needs to step this place up. I know times are hard and gotta pinch pennies but a second employee on shift or a remodel would really bring this place up. My 2 cents.

Dont know why so many bad reviews. I have heard the service isnt great when you eat there. My boss gets there catering and its great every time. The chicken is great enough for me to drive for 45 min just to get some. I put up with bad service as long as the foods good.

OMG! DIS-GUST-ING! I even left a new episode of Deadliest Catch to post this review I am so pissed off! HORRIBLE, good reviewers must have been smoking crack. This is NOT Barbque. This is reheated, microwaved nasty ass chicken. Flavorless does not begin to describe my experience. I ordered the $ 10 dollar trio, plus six pieces of chicken, and two family sides. First the trio, chicken, ribs, tri tip. The tri tip was gray! GRAY!!! FRIGGINGRAY!!! It was like it was boiled, it fell apart into a pile of mush. NO rub of any kind, absolutely no flavor, literally. HOWISTHATEVENPOSSIBLE! The ribs, yes they are fall apart, because they are also boiled. They are absolutely NOT barbecued! WHO sells friggin ribs and doesn’t barbecue them?! Just because they have barbecue sauce DOESNOT mean they are barbecued! They need to be advertised as boiled ribs with nasty ass homemade catsup barbcue sauce on them. The chicken, really. I mean really! It was so dried out it was like sawdust. It had been sitting for a looonnnngggg time. Blech! Terrible! Then the sides. I’m in shock, I can guarantee the beans are out of a can. They are not homemade. They taste like van de camps pork n beans. Lastly the the«homemade» potato salad. There was NO salt in it! When I walked in there was an employee sitting in the corner with her legs up on a chair texting. The other employee that took my order was beyond disinterested in me. Was not personable and not polite and did not even say thank you when he ripped me off for $ 27.00, and I tipped them! I wish I could have taken my tip back. Hey Sticky chicken give me my 2.50 back! So I took the order home took ONE look at it and drove out to the Brentwood location. She was very nice and gave me all new fresh food! It LOOKED so much better. I went home, my son took one bite of the chicken and spit it out! I tasted it and it had NO flavor, except for this weird sickly sweetness. My husband scraped it off and covered it in hot sauce. He said it was awful, but he was starving after a long day of work.(thanks sticky chicken, I thought i was doing something good for my hard working man, you suck) The tri tip was again gray!!! and NO flavor. I fed it all to my DOGS! How is that friggin possible! The ribs were the same too! How do they stay in business! Hey sticky chicken, I know how to cook! I’ll show you how to make everything on your menu right, plus hush puppies, collards, mac and cheese, plus all your deserts including sweet potato pie and cobbler. All from scratch AND I’m white!

You know, I really like this place. Its My first time and everyone was nice and very helpful. I don’t know why people are so critical about this place, but I find it very DELICIOUS. My mother and I had the 3’s a crowd dinner plate and it was very good and HOT which we had plenty for the next day, for a snack. They have GREAT prices! I don’t know too many BBQ places that have a $ 2 sandwich! I am VERY pleased and we will be back.

I was very disappointed. Ordered a hotlink sandwich and got a shriveled up hotlink with an oversize bun. Don’t think I will ever go back.

I’ve passed by this place for quite a while, so last week I finally decided to try it. Well… I can say the only thing out of our order that was decent were the ribs. The potato salad had no flavor, as with the cole slaw. The«sticky» chicken was kinda mushy and didn’t have much flavor either. You don’t get any extra sauce unless you pay for it, and there was only sauce on the ribs. The brisket was MEH… I am glad I got that out of my system… not planning on eating there again!

I’m not sure why people are so critical of here. First off the ribs are ridiculously good and they literally fall if the bone. It was the first BBQ place where the meet fell of the bone. I actually used a fork for my ribs because there was no way I could use my hands. The chicken was great and the trip-tip was tender. I admit the waitresses could use some better training. They often seemed distracted and not as attentive to their customers as I would expect from any chain of restaraunts or mom and pops places. Overall the great food is the shining point of this place and I hope that the staff doesn’t get any worse.

Wow.(That’s a bad wow). The chicken here is basically what you would get if you take fried chicken, dip it in teriyaki sauce and then stick it in the microwave. It’s sweet and gooey. The chicken quality is average. If you like this type of food then you’ll enjoy, for me it was not very appetizing. The«tri-tip» resembles roast beef soaked in au jus. Actually, I’ve had better roast beef. It’s some of the worst I’ve ever had. My wife couldn’t even get through one bite and ended up spitting it out. The ribs were probably the best thing, but still not a quality rib. It was the best thing compared to the other stuff we ordered. I ordered the zucchini and it was nothing spectacular. Probably could’ve made better myself. This is the type of place that makes you wonder how they stay in business with such a bad product, seating and atmosphere simple and bare, chairs and tables had that grimy feel to them. It was a breath of fresh air when I walked out.

If this is the best BBQ you’ve had then you have never experienced much BBQ. First timer at the new location in the winco shopping center. For starters when you walk in the place the first thing i noticed was how un-organized it is ran. From the Waiters/waitresses not remembering what goes where and the owner doing his finances and spreading the waitresses tip money to them behind the«bar counter» to several other things. That doesnt bother me so much, just an observation. It is supposed to be a BBQ joint, right. I ordered a Tri-Tip sandwich and a side of cornbread. The tri-tip was luke warm had absolutely no flavor at all and definately was not BBQ’ed as a matter of fact it looked like it had been microwaved. I had to dose the sandwich with the bbq sauce to give it some taste. The cornbread was decent, very lite tasting, not alot of flavor so i added a little butter which made it more enjoyable. My son ordered a pulled pork sandwich and garlic fries. His food was only warm also. He said the sandwich was okay. It came out dosed with bbq sauce. I tried the pork and it was okay tasting. Now the garlic fries on the other hand were horrible. The fries came out looking like they were still frozen and not cooked with some hard garlic chunks lightly sprinkled on top. NOFLAVOR at all. I would say if you want a quick fix for a cheap price, «you get what you pay for», then grab a quick sandwich, chicken or whatever for the go. Don’t expect mouth watering juicyness BBQ. For the amount we payed $ 4.50 for each sandwich wasnt bad at all and was just filling(must’ve been the bread expanding in the stomach). I too noticed there was no BBQ aroma in this joint and the pictures on their website look nothing like the food that came to our table. Their web pictures actually look good, what came to our table DIDNOT look appetizing.

Great lunch specials! the food is pretty good, not great but well worth the money. The staff was very friendly, the new location is a little cold & sterile compared to the old Brentwood location, next time I’ll get my food«to-go» Overall, a good spots for some cheap BBQ.

The first time I ate here, I really liked it. I have been back 8 times over the last year and half. and It just get worst every time(every time I visited the hair place near by) They have beautiful pictures of lovely food. Why are they not serving that food? The chicken only comes in Leg or Breast. The Breast r so dry and the BBQ sauce is light in color and overly sweet in taste. They lightly FRY the meat before dipping it in there BBQ sauce & dropping it on to your plate. The potatoes salad is southern style with chucks of onion and bell pepper. So if you don’t like that I would stay away from it… … Better yet stay away from this place all together. Its kinda bad! To be a fly on that wall… WAITTHEREALREADYTONS!!!
